The banking system of the Republic of Moldova is governed by a strict legal framework designed to ensure financial stability and consumer protection. This article analyzes the limits and permissions imposed on banks by national legislation, focusing on permitted financial activities and prohibited operations. Regulations set by the National Bank of Moldova (NBM), along with international standards such as the Basel Agreements, contribute to preventing systemic risks and strengthening trust in the banking system. The study highlights the importance of complying with legal norms to ensure a secure and sustainable financial environment.

In this article we will analyze the role and place of the State Chancellery in the central public administration. We will focus on the attributions, issued acts, the regulatory framework, based on which it is organized and operates. We will also list the subordinate institutions and the control that the State Chancellery exercises over administrative acts, based on the principle of transparency and the implementation of government policy at the territorial level.

In this article we will analyze the individual administrative act, the legal regulatory framework, the forms of this act, the way to suspend these acts. We will also analyze the features of the administrative act, which are important to identify the legality and validity of the act. Moreover, we propose to analyze how to challenge the individual administrative act in court.

The Romanian Revolution of 1989 marked a pivotal moment in Eastern European history, symbolizing the collapse of communist regimes and triggering trans-formative processes across the region, including in the Moldavian SSR. This communication aims to analyze the echoes, effects, attitudes in the public space of the Moldovan SSR towards the Romanian revolution of 1989.The study draws on political documents, press articles, and personal testimonies to analyze the Romanian Revolution’s role as both a catalyst and model for resistance against Soviet control, highlighting its long-term implications on Moldova’s path to sovereignty and independence.
