This article illustrates didactic games as an effective learning method for primary school pupils, emphasizing their role in active learning. Teaching games are defined as teaching methods with simulated didactic action. They facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skill formation and character development. Educational games have multiple roles in education, being a means of instruction, an effective method and a way of organizing children's activity.

In the Republic of Moldova, the consolidation of the rule of law and the modernization of public administration require a constant commitment to respecting and protecting the fundamental rights of citizens. The relationship between the individual and public authorities reflects not only the quality of governance but also the level of democratization within society. This article analyzes how public administration respects, protects, and promotes fundamental rights in the context of ongoing administrative reforms and international commitments undertaken by the Republic of Moldova. Through a critical examination of the legal framework, institutional practices, and the development of national and European jurisprudence, the study highlights current challenges as well as pathways for improving the relationship between the citizen and the state.

A true democracy goes beyond periodic elections, requiring constant dialogue between authorities and the population, built on collaboration and mutual accountability.

Cooperation between public administration and the business environment is crucial for economic growth and social development. Public administration provides the legal and institutional framework necessary for economic activities, while businesses stimulate innovation and create jobs. Effective collaboration between these sectors enhances competitiveness, attracts investments, and improves public services. Key forms of cooperation include Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Public-Private Dialogue, which facilitate infrastructure projects and business development. Despite challenges such as bureaucracy, reforms are underway to enhance efficiency and create a more favorable environment for economic growth.
