Abstract
This scientific article contains the results of the scientific research with reference to the territorial peculiarities of the land fund in the Northern Development Region. The main source of information regarding the land fund and land use is the Land Cadastre of the Republic of Moldova, taken from the Land Relations and Ca-dastre Agency of the Republic of Moldova. The following research methods were used when conducting the research: the study of bibliographic sources, the processing of statistical data, the cartographic method, analysis and synthesis, etc.
