Abstract
Legal consciousness is a form of social consciousness that is consists of the totality of representations, ideas, conceptions, feelings about the functioning of the system of law existing in society. Legal consciousness is formed on the reflection on how to establish, operate and collaborate institutions in the law system. Legal consciousness is a complex social and psychological phenomenon that reflects spiritually the material life of the legal system.
