In the university environment, anxiety manifests as a barrier to active involvement in courses, seminars, and discussions, leading to reduced academic performance. This study aims to emphasize that anxiety is a critical factor influencing academic difficulties and success rates in first-year students. This paper highlights posttraumatic stress disorder, which considers to be one of the most intense traumatic experiences that a person can live as a result of domestic abuse. The investigation demonstrates the presence and role of pre-traumatic factors, which took place before the event and the link between the current crisis and some crises of the past, how they affect the woman's situation. And identifying the possibilities of adaptation of the victim woman to the new situation, through changing thoughts and subsequently behaviors, leads to the improvement of the mental state and the normalization of emotions, in order to prevent the evolution to posttraumatic stress.Item Profilul psihologic al persoanelor infectate cu HIV/SIDA [Articol](USARB, 2024) Briceag, Silvia; Hriţcu, ŞtefanHIV/AIDS infection and STIs are a public health priority. They affect not only the medical sector, but also social and economic aspects, development, etc., because they are complex and have an impact on all components of society. The article emphasizes that active listening not only helps clarify issues but also builds trust and fosters a collaborative atmosphere. Moreover, is based on theoretical research that also includes elaboration and implementation of a psychological program. The research brought in evidence the problems regarding the types of emotional disorders resulting from abuse and negligence of the children, at the age between 8 to 10 years. The development of well-being begins in childhood through habits acquired in family and school, with long-term effects on adult life. It discusses attachment types – secure, anxious-ambivalent, avoidant, and disorganized – and how they influence family dynamics. Solutions and interventions for families with negative attachments are also proposed, including parental education, family counseling, and social support. Positive attachment can contribute to better communication, conflict resolution, and supporting autonomy. The weeks following birth lay the foundation for long-term health and well-being for the woman and her baby. În experimentul organizat au fost determinate nevoile de informare/formare ale părinţilor. The article highlights the role of the family in educating children with disabilities. The attitude and behavior of parents towards children with disabilities, the needs of parents and the needs of children are also exposed. The significance and pedagogical conditions of innovative training of teachers from the standpoint of modern management, motivation and stimulation of teachers' activities in the context of an educational institution are revealed.Item Anxietate şi trăsăturile de personalitate la adolescenţi [Articol](USARB, 2024) Secrieru, LuminiţaStudiul şi-a propus să identifice relaţia de interdependenţă dintre anxietate şi trăsăturile de peronalitate la adolescenţi. Rezultatele cercetării au arătat că adolescenţii cu nivel ridicat de anxietate demonstrează trăsături de personalitate distincte: emotivitate, inhibiţie, labilitate emoţională. Ulterior asupra acestor adolescenţi a fost implimentat un program de diminuare a nivelului anxietăţii şi emotivităţii. Analiza rezultatelor obţinute în faza aplicării diagnosticului post-test, ne-au aratat faptul că intervenţiile psihologice prin programul elaborat au diminuat considerabil nivelul anxietăţii, inhibiţiei şi a labilităţii emoţionale la adolescenţi. Cette recherche visait à identifier la relation d'interdépendance entre l'anxiété et les traits de personnalité chez les adolescents. Les résultats de la recherche ont montré que les adolescents présentant un niveau élevé d’anxiété présentent des traits de personnalité distincts : émotivité, inhibition, labilité émotionnelle. Plus tard, un programme a été mis en place sur ces adolescents pour réduire le niveau d'anxiété et d'émotivité. L'analyse des résultats obtenus dans la phase post-test nous a montré que les interventions psychologiques à travers le programme développé ont considérablement réduit le niveau d'anxiété, d'inhibition et de labilité émotionnelle chez les adolescents.Item Managementul limbajului nonverbal în activitatea cadrelor didactice [Articol](USARB, 2024) Pereteatcu, MariaÎn articol este argumentată necesitatea şi importanţa dezvoltării abilităţilor de comunicare nonverbală şi paraverbală la cadrele didactice, de asemenea sunt prezentate caracteristicele tipurilor de comunicare şi funcţiile limbajului nonverbal. În demersul aplicativ al cercetării sunt elucidate modalităţi de dezvoltare a abilităţilor de comunicare şi interpretare a comportamentului nonverbal a cadrelor didactice. Fiecare cadru didactic trebuie să posede indicii non-verbali pe care îi putem utiliza pentru a transmite şi primi informaţii. The article argues the necessity and importance of developing nonverbal and paraverbal communication skills in teaching staff, moreover the characteristics of communication types and the functions of nonverbal language are also presented. In the applied approach of the research, ways of developing communication skills and interpreting the non-verbal behavior of teaching staff are elucidated. Every teacher must possess non-verbal cues that can be used to transmit and receive information.Item Использование интерактивных методов в эмоциональной подготовке студентов педагогических факультетов [Articol](USARB, 2024) Паюл, ИринаВ статье рассматривается проблема использования интерактивных методов обучения в процессе формирования эмоциональной культуры студентов педагогических факультетов. На основе анализа опытно-экспериментальной работы по формированию эмоциональной культуры студентов Государственного университета им. А. Руссо раскрываются содержательные и процессуальные аспекты этого процесса. Приводятся примеры обогащения эмоционально-ценностного опыта студентов в ходе профессиональных апробаций различных активных методов обучения (игры, дебаты, мозговой штурм и т. д.), которые затрагивают вопросы, связанные с эмоциональной составляющей образовательного процесса. This article addresses the issue of using interactive teaching methods in the process of forming the emotional culture of students in pedagogical faculties. Based on the analysis of experimental work on the formation of emotional culture among students at A. Russo State University, the content and procedural aspects of this process are revealed. Examples are provided of enriching students’ emotional and value experiences in professional trials of various active teaching methods (games, debates, brainstorming, etc.), which address issues related to the emotional component of the educational process.Item Использование интегративного подхода в формировании межкультурной компетенции студентов педагогических специальностей [Articol](USARB, 2024) Панько, ТатьянаВ данной статье представлен анализ процесса формирования межкультурной компетентности будущих учителей посредством реализации интегративного подхода. Описаны компоненты межкультурной компетентности учителей, представлены результаты анализа учебных планов учебных дисциплин педагогической специальности. This article presents an analysis of the process of forming intercultural competence of future teachers through the implementation of an integrative approach. The author defines the difference between integration and an integrative approach in the process of professional training of future teachers. The components of intercultural competence of teachers are described, the results of the analysis of the curricula of academic disciplines of the pedagogical specialty are presented.
