    The article reflects the theoretical-applicative investigation focused on the elucidation of children's reactions to stress, the signs presented by children who need psychosocial assistance, as well as suggestions regarding the provision of psychosocial assistance to children who have been exposed to traumatic events. It is of interest to specialists in the BASIC PH model field of psychological assistance for children marked by stress and uncertainty.

    The psychopedagogical aspects of musical interpretation are addressed in the article. The history of the problem is reviewed and the components necessary for the creative act of musical interpretation are described: the role of the performer in the re-creation of the musical-artistic content, the stages of sound realization of the musical creation, the skills, abilities and attitudes of the performer.

    The equity of educational systems with reference to students from different socio- economic backgrounds can be examined through various statistical aspects of the relationship between students' performance in the PISA assessment and their socio-economic status. To simplify the exposition, and because the relationship is very similar for all domains assessed in PISA, this article only examines the relationship between reading achievement and the specific PISA index from the perspective of the major equity indicators.

    The given integration in education reflects those trends that nowadays characterize all fields of human activity. The dimensions of this activity have changed and global problems of contemporaneity have emerged. Currently, there are several indicators that prove the increased interest in integrality in pedagogy, for example: the socio-cultural environment, the success of education focused on the subject and the problem, not only on disciplinary contents, the manifestation of a series of common features in several sciences in education, new orientations in pedagogy. Thereby, they contribute in an integral way to the variation and efficiency of the results obtained.

    În luna martie curent, a apărut primul număr al revistei de cultură, ştiinţă şi practică educaţională – Artă şi educaţie artistică. Fondator al revistei este Universitatea de Stat Alecu Russo, redactor-şef – Ion Gagim, doctor habilitat, profesor universitar, membru al Uniunii Compozitorilor şi Muzicologilor al R. Moldova. Revista înglobează, în cele peste 120 de pagini, un şir de materiale bine scrise care justifică necesitatea apariţiei unei reviste ştiinţifice de artă şi educaţie artistică în spaţiul basarabean.

    The article explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics in education and training, highlighting the impact of these technologies on the learning process. Current trends, benefits and challenges associated with their integration are discussed. AI technologies and Big Data are transforming the field of education, providing personalized solutions for learning and optimizing educational resources. These technologies are increasingly relevant to meet the demands of a knowledge-based society. The study underlines the multiple benefits of implementing AI in education and training: personalization of learning, increased efficiency of the educational process, expanded access to learning resources, etc. However, there are challenges related to data ethics, algorithmic discrimination, technological acceptance. The article concludes that AI and data analytics have the potential to revolutionize education, but it is essential to implement them with accountability and human assistance.

The research highlights the importance of fostering empathy, respect, and communication skills to create a safe educational environment.

    The results obtained are the scientific substantiation of the fact that the difficulties of voluntary self-control and emotional stability remain to be a present problem for preadolescents with emotional instability and can be an important factor in the emergence of difficulties of social adaptation and even deviant behaviors, which emphasizes the value and importance of the need to provide psychological counseling to pupils on the given dimension.

    Academic success is a key indicator of future professional and personal achievements. However, students who struggle with psychological challenges, such as anxiety, are at a significant disadvantage if they do not receive the necessary support. Anxiety, a prevalent phenomenon among university students, often has a negative impact on their engagement in academic activities, diminishing their interest and participation. In the university environment, anxiety manifests as a barrier to active involvement in courses, seminars, and discussions, leading to reduced academic performance. This study aims to emphasize that anxiety is a critical factor influencing academic difficulties and success rates in first-year students. By addressing this issue, we aim to better understand its implications and identify strategies to mitigate its effects, thereby supporting students in overcoming obstacles to academic achievement.

    The functionality of constructive feedback is determined by its motivational, stimulating and corrective quality. The data paper aims to synthesize ideas on the value of constructive feedback in the training of students and the fundamental role they play in the training process by streamlining the communication between teacher and student, by clarifying and adapting the message, improving behavior, encouraging and motivating students. Integrating constructive feedback is essential both for strengthening the teacher-student relationship and for streamlining learning, and can be a motivator for success in learning chemistry.

    Managing emotions in the face of uncertainty is a crucial yet challenging process essential for emotional well-being. This article outlines eight practical strategies to navigate uncertainty effectively: accepting the present moment, adopting a growth mindset, clarifying fears, distinguishing between what can and cannot be controlled, creating flexible action plans, letting go of external worries, drawing confidence from past experiences, and aligning life choices with one’s tolerance for uncertainty. Each strategy emphasizes actionable steps, self-reflection, and adaptability, offering a structured framework to transform uncertainty from a source of anxiety into an opportunity for learning and personal growth. With consistent application, these approaches help individuals build emotional resilience and navigate the unknown with greater confidence and clarity.

    Specificul intervenţiei psihologice în criza dată de violenţa împotriva femeii [Articol]

    The field of study of the research is the psychological intervention in the crisis given by violence against women, namely the overcoming of difficult situations. This paper highlights posttraumatic stress disorder, which considers to be one of the most intense traumatic experiences that a person can live as a result of domestic abuse. The investigation demonstrates the presence and role of pre-traumatic factors, which took place before the event and the link between the current crisis and some crises of the past, how they affect the woman's situation. And identifying the possibilities of adaptation of the victim woman to the new situation, through changing thoughts and subsequently behaviors, leads to the improvement of the mental state and the normalization of emotions, in order to prevent the evolution to posttraumatic stress.

    HIV/AIDS infection and STIs are a public health priority. They affect not only the medical sector, but also social and economic aspects, development, etc., because they are complex and have an impact on all components of society. In recent years, the HIV epidemic has remained concentrated due to two factors: the continuing epidemic among people who inject drugs and their sex partners, with relatively large numbers of women heterosexually transmitting HIV, and the epidemic among men who sex with men, which contributes to the increase in HIV infection among men.

    Active listening is essential for mediators who want to effectively facilitate communication between the parties involved in a conflict. This skill allows the mediator to understand not only the words being spoken but also the emotions and intentions behind them. Through techniques such as paraphrasing, open-ended questions, and feedback, the mediator creates a safe space where participants feel heard and respected. The article emphasizes that active listening not only helps clarify issues but also builds trust and fosters a collaborative atmosphere. Mediators who excel in this skill can more easily identify the underlying interests of the parties and facilitate creative solutions, thereby contributing to the success of the mediation process.

    Diminuarea anxietăţii prin sporirea imaginii de sine la copii în situaţie de risc [Articol]

    This article represents research on the relations between self-image and anxiety that abused children possess. Moreover, is based on theoretical research that also includes elaboration and implementation of a psychological program. The research brought in evidence the problems regarding the types of emotional disorders resulting from abuse and negligence of the children, at the age between 8 to 10 years. Besides, this work represents the results that demonstrate the positive impact of the psychological intervention program that is orientated towards optimizations of the mental state, self-esteem, decrease of anxiety in the children who were abused or neglected.

    Well-being is a complex concept, defined as a balance between positive emotions, life satisfaction, and the reduction of negative affects, with both objective dimensions (health, education, socio-economic environment) and subjective ones (happiness, life perception). It is influenced by individual factors (social skills, resilience, emotional stability) and sociocultural factors (community relationships, social support, cultural norms). The development of well-being begins in childhood through habits acquired in family and school, with long-term effects on adult life. Promoting this concept in education leads to improved academic and personal performance among students, contributing to community success.

    The article examines the role of attachment in the modern family, emphasizing its importance for the emotional development of children and the relational health of family members. It discusses attachment types – secure, anxious-ambivalent, avoidant, and disorganized – and how they influence family dynamics. Solutions and interventions for families with negative attachments are also proposed, including parental education, family counseling, and social support. Positive attachment can contribute to better communication, conflict resolution, and supporting autonomy. The article emphasizes the importance of an emotionally secure environment to cope with contemporary challenges.
