Предлагаемый сборник задач по общей теории статистики предназначен для студентов экономического факультета Бэлцкого государственного университета им. А. Руссо. Он может быть также использован студентами юридического факультета, изучающих данную дисциплину. Сборник составлен в соответствии с действующей учебной программой курса «Общая теория статистики». Одна из основных задач сборника – научить студента не механически решать задачи по определенной схеме, а выработать у него творческий подход к их решению. С этой целью в ряд глав сборника включены задачи повышенной трудности. Задачник построен с учетом постепенного, поэтапного усвоения студентами практики решения задач в неразрывной связи с изучением теории.

Lucrarea reprezintă un ghid - reper pentru parcurgerea ascensiunii şi edificarea studentului în materie de calificaţie ca cercetător ştiinţific, începând cu identificarea interesului, conturarea aspectului şi temei de cercetare şi fructificarea cercetării într-o lucrare ştiinţifică – o teză de an, lucrare de licenţă / de masterat, precum şi indicaţii metodice vizând elaborarea acestor lucrări şi susţinerea lor în faţa comisiilor de evaluare respective. Ghidul se adresează: celor care intenţionează să realizeze o lucrare ştiinţifică (studenţi, masteranzi, eventual şi doctoranzi), furnizând sfaturi cu privire la modul de realizare a tezelor; profesorilor coordonatori ca instrument de îndrumare unitară şi sistematică a studenţilor; comisiilor de examinare, ca suport pentru instituirea unor criterii unitare de evaluare a unor astfel de lucrări.

Comment est assuré le financement? D'où provienent les fonds de financement? Pourquoi utiliser certains modes de financement? Comment expliquer le choix des besoins et des sources de financement? The strategic transformations that are going on in higher education, caused by the intensifying demands of the labour market, request a competent approach in training future economists. The competent approach has pedagogical premises both in practice and theory. Teachers have already paid attention to the evident divergence between the quality of the graduate’s training and the skills requested from the specialist in production by employers, which has a direct influence on the process of adaptation of the specialist to the working conditions. The competent approach in training economists corresponds to the contemporary direction − the strategic development of business. Developing strategies of future specialists’ professional adaptation in higher education is an instrument of realization of the competent approach, aiming at training competent and competitive specialists who will correspond to the market demands.

This article is dedicated to the study of specific skills used by the teacher in the teaching of geography and biology subjects through the application of STEAM projects. Under this aspect is highlighted the importance of implementing specific competences developed through STEAM education and proved by facilitating the teaching-learning-assessment process, due to the application of interactive teaching methods with the result of obtaining a product, reflected by the knowledge obtained by students and the possibility of applying it in practice.

Abordarea regională - factor primordial al creşterii competitivităţii Republicii Moldova [Articol]

Moldova se află în tranziţia spre economia de piaţă cu dezechilibre regionale semnificative cauzate de existenţa unei structuri de producţie, caracterizată de predominanţa agricolă, agro-industrială şi socio-economică a micilor oraşe cu un număr limitat de întreprinderi largi industrial. Astfel, stimularea creșterii economice în afara capitalei, în special în arii rurale care au suferit de pierderea livrării tradiționale de producție alimentară a fost una dintre principalele provocări pentru autoritățile Republicii Moldova de la proclamarea independenței. În acest articol este prezentată şi analizată situaţia regională în termenii capitalului uman, pentru a evidenţia necesitatea de a creşte competitivitatea capitalului uman care, în viitor, va contribui la creşterea competitivităţii ţării. Analizând, am ajuns la concluzia că dacă vom investi în capitalul uman, vom crește, ulterior, competitivitatea țării. Moldova entered in the transition to a market economy with significant regional imbalances caused by the existing structure of production, characterized by the predominance of agriculture and agroindustrial and socio-economic dependence of small towns with a limited number of large industrial enterprises. Thus, stimulating economic growth outside the capital, especially in rural areas that have suffered from the loss of traditional delivery of food production, was one of the main challenges for the Moldovan authorities since independence. In this paper is presented and analyzed regional situation in terms of human capital in order to highlight the need to increase the competitiveness of human capital which will further increase the country's competitiveness. The analysis we noticed that if we invest in human capital we will subsequently increase the country's competitiveness.

The Strategic Approach of Firms in a Competitive Environment. The purpose of this article is to show the importance of the strategic approach of firms in changing environment situations. The paper presents the benefits of strategic planning, the levels of the strategy and their content, as well as the main areas in which firms should manage their strategies. In the article it is proved that strategic approach should be embedded in the organization in such way as to maintain flexibility and alertness, and ensure that it can be controlled and managed. The author suggests that a multifaceted approach can facilitate the strategy implementation process.
Abordarea sustenabilităţii prin prisma obiectivelor de dezvoltare durabilă [Articol]

The combination of the words ”sustainable development” has become a popular slogan in the discourse of contemporary development. However, despite its ubiquity and the massive popularity it has accumulated over the years, the concept remains to be partially researched. There are still many questions about its significance and history, as well as about what it implies in terms of sustainability from a theoretical and applied point of view. The aim of this paper is to contribute to the research of sustainability approaches in the light of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This is achieved through an extensive analysis of the literature, combining the theoretical aspects of the subject studied with the practical dimensions, which are easier to measure. According to the ”Global Survey on Sustainability and the SDGs”, the main sustainability benchmarks are essentially anchored on distinct but interconnected three-dimensional pillars, namely the environment, the economy and society. Decision-makers must constantly pay attention to the relationships, complementarities and trade-offs between these pillars and ensure responsible human behavior at international, national and community level.

Le management de l’entreprise comme système se caractérise par le fait que les fonctions managériales ne sont plus traîtées comme unités individuelles. Cette fois on insiste sur leur assamblage, menant vers la réalisation d’un fonctionnement normal et efficient du système managérial. Il résulte, dans ce contexte, que l’accent se pose sur le système, sous-système et son objectif, qui ont une position centrale. Les autres éléments, les fonctions y incluses, sont abordés seulement comme moyens, qui contribuent à atteindre les buts fixés par le manager. En vue de la valorisation maximale du potentiel des ressources de l’unité économique, les fonctions et les sous-systèmes correspondants ne doivent pas être considérés indépendants, ils vont être intégrés organiquement dans l’effort général pour la réalisation des objectifs généraux de l’entreprise et l’assurance de l’efficacité du fonctionnement du système général qu’il représente.

It is an extremely complex activity, as it integrates both human resources (teachers and students) and special material ones (computers and other informational and communicational technologies). Acţiunea plasmei descărcărilor electrice asupra suprafeţelor metalice [Articol]

În lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele cercetărilor experimentale privind aplicarea descărcărilor electrice în impulsuri de înaltă tensiune la modificarea micro-geometriei suprafeţelor metalice. Divizarea canalului de plasmă într-o multitudine de micro-canale asigură formarea simultană pe suprafaţa prelucrată a unui mare număr de meniscuri pe durata unei descărcări solitare. Se demonstrează că meniscurile de formă conică sporesc aria suprafeţei prelucrate de 8 ori, iar intensitatea curentului de termo-emisie electronică de 10 ori.

This article is devoted to a priority environmental issue, namely the protection of atmospheric air in the North Moldavian Plateau. This paper draws primordial attention to actions to improve atmospheric air quality in the study region, namely: substitution of solid fuel (coal) for natural gas, the use of renewable energy and the provision of fixed pollution sources with pollutant capture facilities.
Active directory - механизм логического структурирования компьютерной сети предприятия [Articol]

From the point of view of administration, computer network can be of two types: equivalent/homogeneous and centralized. Homogeneous network has small dimensions and, as a rule, is used by not very big organizations or in home conditions. Centralized network is applied in large organizations/companies and as software support – use special program package. Directory service “Active Directory” is considered to be one of the special program packages. It shows network in its virtual logical and physical representations, which are administrated by means of special servers – domain controllers. In this way centralized computer network, derived in this way, is named domain.

In order to solve a situation and to develop the corresponding competencies, the student goes through certain stages. The article analyzes the opinions of the researchers in the field regarding the activity of the student in a didactic situation. Also, a phasing of the student's activity for the competent treatment of the situations is proposed and described.
