    Evaluation of scientific research is important for the development of science and technology, scientific communication, setting expenditure of research institutions and libraries, determining the position of universities in international rankings. Scientometric study evaluates the scientific research of teachers at Art Education and the Arts Department through the Publish or Perish. Also, are highlighted the most cited articles in international and institutional serial publications : Art and Art Education; Scientific Yearbook: Music, Theatre, Plastic Arts; Review of artistic education based on software, publishes assessed by Publish or Perish measurements.

    Performanţa cercetării ştiinţifice a universitarilor bălţeni: studiu scientometric

    The paper presents an attempt to study the current possibilities for measuring the value of teachers' scientific contributions of USARB, highlighting the impact factor, the number of citations of scientific results published in the internet, as well as the most cited articles in three academic journals: Artă şi Educaţie Artistică, Limbaj şi Context, Glotodidactica, using Publish or Perish software, which demonstrates academic visibility of researches through Google Scholar. Increasing the impact and visibility of the USARB research can be achieved by including the implementation and development of a digital institutional repository, such as the Open Archives Recearch (ORA)-USARB, initiated by librarians in 2013.
