    This article highlights the advantages gained from the implementation of strategic management at faculty level: provides the necessary framework for the plenary involvement of the entire academic body in the educational process; ensures unity of conception and action at all levels of the faculty; is a form of leadership well suited to anticipating future problems; contributes to the significant improvement of academic achievements obtained by students.
