Item Dezvoltarea asincronică a personalităţii – problemă a copiilor supradotaţi [Articol](USARB, 2011) Briceag, SilviaThis article dwells on the problem of individualized training aiming at forming competences at gifted pupils. Gifted children manifest unusual abilities if compared with children of the same age, though they don’t manifest stability at all levels of development. They can be fragile in some directions corresponding to their chronological age and they can appear unusually gifted in other directions where they are brighter than their chronological age shows.Item Diferenţa de gen în exprimarea emoţională [Articol](USARB, 2019) Mikşanski, Maria; Beţivu, Aurelia, conducător şt.The gender differences in emotional expression has become a well-studied subject. This acknowledgement has been marked by the fact that those who interact most with children, teachers and parents, have noticed differences between behavior, interests, emotional development, learning style, socializing and expressing emotions, the concerns of girls and boys. Scientific researches studying these areas consisted of several theories and practices that have direct contact with development and subsequent emotional expression. The author emphasizes the professional competence together with cognitive, emotional, motivational, and managerial capacities. These competences are thoroughly studied, and thus we can say, that the idea of professional competence brings a significant transition from „what” to „how”. It contributes to the realization of a formative training and also requires an effort of duration and systematic educational actions.
