    This article treats the issue of the employment of young specialists. The main difficulty standing in front of each young specialist is to start career because few employers would agree to hire a worker without any experience. Youth employment problem is magnified even more because of the economic and financial crisis that has had a negative impact on the situation on the labor market. The article explains the main problems of young people from the Republic of Moldova when they want to be hired. The author also makes a number of proposals adapted to the socio-economic situation of the country that would allow to solve an important problem young people have at the moment of their employment.
