This paper aims at training professional accountants and describes in brief a certain software designed for financial and accounting records of a company. This software is an informational system because most accounting operations are automated. According to a survey carried out by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova, 70% of businesses agents use this software in their financial and accounting records.
