Item Реакция молдавских сортов озимой мягкой пшеницы на гидротермический режим климата в условиях бельцкой степи Республики Молдова [Articol](USARB, 2017) Постолати, АлексейThe article includes the analysis of productivity for registered varieties for two ecotypes of winter wheat breeded at Selectia Research Institute of Field Crops. Varieties have been studied in the competitive trials after black fallow. The hidrotermical conditions for 2012-2016 have been different, what allowed to evaluate the adaptability and stability of yields. The best results have shown the following varieties: Lautar, Meleag, Capriana, Vestitor, Creator, Fenix, Acord and Numitor. In ecological trials priorities should be given to such caracteristics as: the mass of 1000 grains and the weight of grains per each ear together with a good tillering capacity.Item Caracteristica faunei Helmintice (Trematoda) a speciei Pelophylax Ridibundus din zona de centru a Republicii Moldova [Articol](USARB, 2017) Erhan, Dumitru; Gherasim, Elena; Rusu, Ştefan; Zamornea, Maria; Munjiu, Oxana; Lebedenco, Liubovi; Ivanova, Anastasia; Cebotari, Andrei; Vatavu, DmitriThe results of the parasitologic study revealed some peculiarities of trematoda fauna of Pelophylax ridibundus (Amphibia) specie. The parasitological research covered 54 individuals, including 23 adult and 31 larval exemplars. The investigation allowed identifying 5 species of trematodas (Opisthioglyphe ranae, Prosotocus confusus, Cephalogonimus retusus, Pleorugenoides medians, Diplodiscus subclavatus) belonging to 5 genus (Opisthioglyphe, Prosotocus, Cephalogonimus, Pleorugenoides, Diplodiscus), 5 families (Plagiorchiidae, Lecithodendriidae, Cephalogonimidae, Lecithodendriidae, Diplodiscidae) and 2 orders (Plagiorchiida, Echinostomatida), attributed only to adult exemplars.Item Impactul natural şi a activităţilor antropice [Articol](USARB, 2017) Crâşmaru, ValentinDue to the intensive exploitation of the land and natural resources, the ecological situation worsened considerably, which has a negative impact to the soil of Development Region North. The impact of agricultural activities and pressures of various factors led to decrease of soil quality and increase the surface of soils eroded. Thus the aim of the present study was to evaluate the Index of surface water pollution in the territory of RAMSAR Wetland „Unguri-Holosnita‖, including river Dniester, given the conditions of the Regulation on Environmental Quality requirements for surface waters in the Republic of Moldova, which includes five classes of water quality. Surface water from the RAMSAR Wetland „Unguri-Holosnita‖ has a pollution index of 52 (medium pollution, brook, village Arionesti) to 63% (river, village Unguri, stone bridge). Water from river Dniester on Wetland „Unguri-Holosnita‖ portion has a good state (IPAcc 73-81%), except sample downstream town Otaci, where IPAcc has values of 69% (medium pollution).Item Utilizarea turtei obţinute din semințe de struguri de poamă, în alimentația tineretului suin la îngrășat [Articol](USARB, 2017) Danilov, Anatolie; Donica, IonThe paper presents the results of the researches on the determination of the effectiveness of the use in the recipes of mixed fodder, intended for the fattening young swine, of the new fodder sources obtained after the industrial processing of the grapes. As a result of the researches, were obtained new results of the production and quality of the carcasses at pigs, using in the recipe the oilcake obtained from grape seeds in the amount of 4-6% / t of mixed fodder. A more effective version of the recipe was that in experimental lot I that achieved a daily average growth rate in the experimental period of 716 g, well-developed hams with an average weight of 10.96 kg, the surface of the eye muscle of 41.8 cm² , with a protein content of 19,87%, a fat of 1,82%, and a net profit for each pig sold at 154.04 lei.Item Triticale - cultură de folosinţă multilaterală [Articol](USARB, 2017) Veveriţă, EfimiaAt present, the triticale Ingen 93, Ingen 33, Ingen 35 and Ingen 40, obtained at the IGFPP of the ASM, are approved in the Republic of Moldova. These varieties are productive and resistant to frost, drought and disease. It is characterized by a rich protein and gluten content with high technological bakery properties. From the flour mix 50:50 triticale and wheat, we obtain quality bread with a well-balanced content of essential amino acids, and from Ingen 40 flour, we obtain bread with a high volume, content, porosity and taste without wheat flour. This variety is approved for bakery and can successfully replace rye flour. It can also be sown in spring, when winters are harsh and common wheat is dying.Item Obţinerea şi studierea formelor noi de grâu durum de toamnă în Republica Moldova [Articol](USARB, 2017) Rotari, SilviaIn the result of interspecific and intraspecific hybridizations, was created value sources of new material for selection of hard winter wheat. By the way of repeated selections there have been selected from hybrid combinations, highly productive and short-stalk lines which are characterized with a high resistance to wintering, drought and diseases. All these lines are explored in the different periods of improvement process. As a result of these research, in 2016 year was approved the Hordeiforme 340 variety.Item Reabilitarea solurilor puternic erodate prin fertilizare şi cultivarea ierburilor perene [Articol](USARB, 2017) Rusu, AlexandruRehabilitation of heavily eroded soils by fertilization and cultivation of perennial herbs. It has been experimentally established that in an efficient anti-erosion framework of agricultural land by using fertilizers and cultivating perennial grasses within 6-8 years, it is possible to restore the humus content of arable highly eroded chernozems. For six years, the humus content has increased from herbs by 13%, and from herbs and fertilizers by 19-26%. The share of fertilizers in the total growth of humus ranged from 35 to 54%. Compared with manure, the annual application of N60P60 has significantly increased humus. In 2013-2014 years the harvest of sugar beet was in the range of 60 t/ha and in 2015 was in the range of 40 t/ha. Despite this, profitability was similar. The real profitability increases with the proper use of technical means in the performance of the technological process.Item Aspecte privind irigarea cu apă din surse locale a solului cenușiu molic [Articol](USARB, 2017) Filipciuc, Vladimir; Boaghe, LiliaThe use of water from local sources (inland rivers, lakes, ponds) at irrigation raises difficult issues because of its improper chemical composition and quality indicators. The irrigation of molic gray soil with water from pond with high content of magnesium leads to neutralization of actual and hydrolytic reaction, modification of ratio of cations in the soil solution, contribute to the substitution of exchangeable Ca 2+ and accumulation of Mg 2+ in the adsorption complex. These processes favor adsorption of Na+, thereby intensifying secondary sodiumisation of soil. There were registered negative changes in the composition of humus, which refers to the decrease of the ratio between humic and fulvic acids, but also to a significant decrease of content of the fraction of humic acids associated with calcium. Use of ‖magnesium‖ water modifies the content and composition of soluble salts.Item Particularităţile ecologice ale microtinelor – dăunători ai culturilor agricole [Articol](USARB, 2017) Sâtnic, VeaceslavClimate conditions that favored vegetation growth made up an important prerequisite for the increase of M. arvalis population density from 2-4 colonies per hectare in April on the lucerne fields in the Center region up to 80 colonies per hectare in September and even 200 – in October. The highest levels in agrocenoses have been registered in July and October – 23% and 29,6% respectively. The index of anthropic adaptation (Ii) of the studied species of small mammals has also been determined. The highest values of this parameter have been recorded in M. arvalis (14.3) and M. rossiaemeridionalis (12,5). This is explained by the adaptive peculiarities, their individuals being primary consumers of vegetable food (lucerne, clover, etc.). The equation of multiple linear regression was developed and it reflects the correlation between the number of M. arvalis individuals expressed in colonies per hectare and the monthly Martonne aridity index D=-15.67 + 2,88*Ia, that allows the forecast of the number of microtine species.Item Создание ранних гибридов томата для открытого грунта [Articol](USARB, 2017) Питюл, Мария; Цэпордей, АллаThe selective breeding results of development of novel tomatoes heterotic hybrids with different colour and high yield are presented. To develop new tomato hybrids, the female lines with functional male sterility and marker sign absence of anthocyan were utilized. The characteristics of new hybrids of tomato F1 Mariel (red fruits) and F1 Zador (orange fruits) for open ground are described. New hybrids are recommended for fresh consumption and production of tomato juice.Item Оценка уровня подслащивания обезвоженных фруктов [Articol](USARB, 2017) Шлягун, ГалинаСomparative tests of two methods for determining soluble solids: 1) based on their extraction and dehydration; 2) refractometric, were performed in this paper. Dehydrated sweetened fruits, made from sweet and sour cherry, peach and apricot, were taken as an object of study. The linear correlation between the concentration of soluble solids (method 1) and their mass fraction (method 2) was established and statistically proved.Item Селекция сои на продуктивность в центральной зоне Молдовы [Articol](USARB, 2017) Будак, АлександрBy the results of the effectuated investigations many productive varieties of soybean have been created: Alina, Zodiac, Clavera, Albişiora, Amelina and Nadejda. Valuable initial material for breeding was bred and selected from the collection: donors of early ripeness, large seed, high the number of beans in the node, the indices of plasticity and stability of productivity. Principles of soybean selections for seed productivity in conditions of Moldova have been developed. It is concluded that selection for the seed yield per plant would be more efficient, using of such yield components as number of pod and number of seeds per plant, taking into consideration seeds size.Item Влияние засушливых климатических условий на почвенных беспозвоночных [Articol](USARB, 2017) Витион, ПантелейSuccession of the population dynamics of pedogeobions in different types of the ecosystem during the period of 1992-2015. Information concerning variation of the abundance of many years dynamics of pedogeobionts is presented. The main cause of pedogeobions transformation is increasing of aridity climate and zelated with it xerphtocity of steppe and and forest- steppe ecosystem. This paper presents the conceptual conceptual vision, concerns andthe future trends, highlighting the crucial role of ecological agriculture both in environmental protection, aswell as social and economic sectors.Are presented both theoretical foundations and practical applications and described the resultsoriented for implementation and functionality of organic agriculture in Republic of Moldova.Item Unele aspecte ecologice ale speciilor de stejar din Republica Moldova [Articol](USARB, 2017) Grigoraş, Nicolae; Florenţă, Gheorghe; Agapi, IonKnowing the importance and value of oak species from the national forest fund, were analyzed the requirements of native oak species (Quercus robur, Q. petraea, Q. pubescens) towards various physico-geographic parameters, with the purpose of identifying the limits and the optimal niches for their development. It was identified that the most demanding oak species to substrate conditions and climatic parameter values are Quercus petraea and Quercus robur, toward Quercus pubescens which is more tolerant to high annual average temperatures, and little rainfall. This explains the future trends of Quercus pubescens which in the context of climate aridization, can easily adapt to the drought and occupy new sectors, in the detriment of the Quercus robur and Quercus petraea species.
