Această carte se adresează în primul rând, profesioniştilor care lucrează sau se pregătesc să lucreze cu copiii, profesorilor, educatorilor, asistenţilor sociali, psihologilor, studenţilor şcolilor superioare şi facultăţilor respective, auditorilor instituţiilor de perfecţionare continuă în domeniul învăţământului. Publicarea acestei cărţi urmăreşte mai multe obiective. În primul rând, aş dori să ofer cititorilor o bază solidă pentru a lucra cu copiii, folosind cel mai bun ce este acumulat până acum în ştiinţele cu referinţă directă la domeniul educării moralităţii.     Dans cet article, j'essaie de justifier les conditions pédagogiques permettant d'amé-liorer le processus éducatif en activant la tendance à l'auto-stimulation de l'étudiant pour un apprentissage plus efficace. Au centre des préoccupations de promotion de la discipline scolaire "L’éducation pour la société" est placé le modèle de formation plus centré sur l’être humain, dans la formule innovante, selon les standards de performance de l’espace éducatif international. J'essaierai également d'aider, par le biais de connaissances théoriques et d'arguments pratiques, les enseignants qui intègrent souvent la dimension spirituelle de l'enseignement dans leur activité professionnelle et éprouvent du remords, des remarques consciencieuses du fait que je ne peux pas discuter choix.

    The present article reflects the problem of education and physical training of preschool children in mixed groups. It is difficult to achieve these objectives in such groups because the teacher is forced to work according to the curricular of two or three ages concomitantly. The article reveals the practical ways o f optimizing the process of physical training in mixed groups in terms of the selection of exercises in accordance with curricular requirements and level of physical readiness; the organization of children for each type of exercises; differentiation of physical effort according to age and level of children's physical readiness.

    Model pedagogic care inspiră educabilul spre o cultură a moralității: probleme de funcționalitate [Articol]

    The article reveals a model of pedagogical concept, alternative to traditional experience, materialized on the basis of the author's own researches in a practical system of educative-instructive training of educators in the spirit of general human and national values. These two components – concept and practice – are part of a new paradigm, which aims to be a response to the crisis of the values we are currently facing. The goal of the new paradigm – the ability of the individual to update his / her inner forces in the moral awareness of reality, aligning with the essential criteria of the recognized social ideal, which is being assimilated. This will enable the educator to interpret properly the ethical premises of the actions and the rational self-assess ability in favor of implementing the appropriate behavior in conflict situations.

    In this material we are referring to the priorities of the university education quality standards that been recently elaborated. This refers to the active involvement of the student in the educational process, creating the possibility of monitoring their own learning and accountability for learning outcomes. The material speaks of the details of the experiment run by the authors of the article in the context of opporunities to optimize the performance of the teaching curriculum subjects for year I and II students, undergraduate level at „A. Russo” State University of Balti. The results of the investigation show the possibility of increasing learning abilities by introducing the rating of continuous assessment of learning performance.

    Strategies for modelling the educational process from the perspective of internal resources stimulation of the child [Articol]

    The article reflects an attempt to rethink the methodology of organizing the pedagogical process, oriented towards the development of “the humane in the person ", shifting its focus onto stimulating children's inner resources. The emphasis is shifted from the teaching, learning and assessment processes, focused on research of the surrounding reality towards the exploitation of the child's innate potentials, the ability to know his inner world. Maintaining the innate resources of each learner will require from teacher of post-modern school the application of techniques to create the necessary social and psychological conditions, to provide a path for learners‟ individual development. Thus, each child will have the chance to realize their potential talent, including sensitive dimension of their spiritual and moral world, this representing the authors' research subject.

    Strategii de modelare a procesului educaţional din perspectiva stimulării resurselor interioare ale copilului : [Preprint] [Articol]

    Articolul reflectă o tentativă de regândire a metodologiei organizării procesului pedagogic, orientat spre constituirea „omenescului în om”, focusându-l pe stimularea resurselor interioare ale copilului. Accentul este transferat de la procedurile de predare, învăţare, evaluare centrate pe cercetarea lumii inconjurătoare, spre cele orientate spre valorificarea de către copil a potenţialităţilor înnăscute, cunoaşterea lumii sale interioare. Păstrarea resurselor native ale fiecărui discipol va solicita de la pedagogul şcolii post-moderne aplicarea tehnologiilor de creare a condiţiilor social-psihologice, pentru asigurarea traiectoriei individuale de dezvoltare. Astfel fiecare copil va obţine şansa de a-şi realiza potenţialele talente, inclusiv pe dimensiunea sensibilă a lumii sale spirituale şi morale, aceasta reprezentând obiectul propriilor cercetări ale autorilor.
