    Aspecte semnificative ale colecţiei de carte a profesorului universitar Mircea Ioniţă în BŞ USARB [Articol]

    Acest articol prezintă informaţii despre colecţia particulară „Mircea Ioniţă”, instituită în anul 2020, în colecţia Bibliotecii Ştiinţifice a Universităţii de Stat „Alecu Russo” din Bălţi, localizată în acces liber, sala de lectură nr. 4. Mircea Ioniţă, dr în ştiinţe filologice, şi-a desfăşurat activitatea la Facultatea de Limbi străine a USARB, catedra de Limbi romanice. Colecţia însumează 447 de documente adunate cu mare grijă şi inspiraţie. Majoritatea volumelor ţin de lingvistică generală, gramatică, literatură, critică literară, traductologie; celelalte sunt din alte domenii ale cunoaşterii:, filosofie, psihologie, sociologie, ştiinţe reale, medicină, artă şi istorie.

    Sociological survey results are analyzed in the Library in 2010.     Renovarea sistemului de învăţămînt necesită identificarea unor noi sensuri ale activităţii educative, utilizarea tuturor mijloacelor pentru formarea unei personalităţi creative, bogate spiritual. Un mijloc eficient pentru a face faţă provocărilor de dezvoltare personală poate fi biblioterapia, care se defineşte ca sinteza a biblioteconomiei, psihologiei şi psihoterapiei. În biblioteconomie, biblioterapia este utilizată ca o metodă de îndrumare şi dezvoltare a culturii de lectură a cititorului.

    This paper offeres a detailed study of user information needs regarding School Organization compartment. It is realized the relevance of documentary fund professional interests of students and teachers staff. The reading room collection consists of 18397 records. The subject to investigte are 496 copies in 413 titles, representing 3% of the whole fund.Are determined appropriate documents causing concern for users and some shortcomings, which need to be removed.

    Prezentul studiu este o analiză a structurii, dezvoltării şi utilizării documentelor din domeniul Psihologie, clasificare CZU 159.9, din colecţia sălii de lectură. Colecţia de carte a sălii constituie 19198 documente. Sînt supuse investigării 832 exemplare în 672 titluri, ce reprezintă 4,3% din tot fondul. Este cercetată relevanţa corespunderii fondului documentar intereselor profesionale ale studenţilor, profesorilor şi cadrelor didactice.

    The article is about the role of updating the problem of identity and cultural diversity in society. Cultural diversity, or multiculturalism, refers to the people of different cultures and nationalities living in the same country. Among the basic functions that the Scientific Library exercises, taking into account the fundamental principles of freedom and respecting cultural identity and values, a wide range of actions, traditional services, as well as the creation of modern electronic services are indicated.

    Dimensiunile valorice şi impactul publicaţiilor periodice cu profil psihologic asupra formării de calitate a viitorilor profesionişti [Articol]

    This study analyzes the collection of periodical publications in the field of psychology in the Scientific Library, which consists of 37 titles of magazines and newspapers (1% of the total quantity of periodical titles in SLUSARB). The importance of the collections given in the formation of future professionals is characterized. It highlights the scientific contribution of USARB academic staff in these publications.

The collection is located in Reading Room No. 4 Documents in foreign languages and numbered 852 documents in 848 titles in various fields of knowledge.

Time management is part of the group of personal skills related to the individual's personality and behavioral qualities at work. The scientific paper presents the results of the survey on personal time management in professional activity, carried out in April 2024, within the USARB Scientific Library, with the aim of determining the level of understanding of the importance of respecting personal time management, in order to carry out a professional activity asefficient as possible.
