    Abordări ale problemei perfecţionării sistemului managerial al întreprinderii producătoare şi al acordării acestuia la factorii mediului extern [Articol]

    Le management de l’entreprise comme système se caractérise par le fait que les fonctions managériales ne sont plus traîtées comme unités individuelles. Cette fois on insiste sur leur assamblage, menant vers la réalisation d’un fonctionnement normal et efficient du système managérial. Il résulte, dans ce contexte, que l’accent se pose sur le système, sous-système et son objectif, qui ont une position centrale. Les autres éléments, les fonctions y incluses, sont abordés seulement comme moyens, qui contribuent à atteindre les buts fixés par le manager. En vue de la valorisation maximale du potentiel des ressources de l’unité économique, les fonctions et les sous-systèmes correspondants ne doivent pas être considérés indépendants, ils vont être intégrés organiquement dans l’effort général pour la réalisation des objectifs généraux de l’entreprise et l’assurance de l’efficacité du fonctionnement du système général qu’il représente.

    In general terms, the crisis is an extreme strain in the contradictions in the socio-economic system of the organization that threatens its viability. The socio-economic system, by gender and form, of the organization has two tendencies of its existence: functioning and development. The functioning of the organization's socio-economic system consists in maintaining viability, preserving the functions that determine its integrity, its certainty, its quality and its essential characteristics. Development is the acquisition of a new quality that strengthens the ability to live in a changing environment.

    Improvement of the organizational-production structures of the AIC did not yield the expected positive results: the areas under crops continue to reduce, the stock of animals as well, the performance of the production and energy hardware is decreasing, jobs are disappearing, the misbalance between the number of jobs and those seeking jobs is increasing. The negative points are to a considerable degree due to the low efficiency of using the labor potential.

    Ciclicitatea dezvoltării organizaţionale prin optica managementului anticriză [Articol]

    On a general level, social reproduction process consists of four phases Relief - production, distribution, exchange and consumption. Decurgerea balanced breeding process, even in mere reproductions regime (no growth) requires compliance quantitative (volume and time) of all these four phases. In case of forfeiture of one of them as a volume or time, the system switches setback the phase lower operating, which, on the one hand, leads to the accumulation of a quantity of superfluous (unrealized) of production in the other phases, and on the another - the failure to obtain the means to continue the breeding cycle at least the previous volume. Operation at the macro and micro economic as complex organizations requires their periodic deviation from the normal, forming a given cycle.

    De plus en plus souvent, dans le monde managérial, l’entreprise se traîte comme un système ouvert, à la base de sa direction se trouvant le concept systémique du milieu externe et du milieu interne. Le management de l’entreprise comme système se caractérise par le fait que les fonctions managériales ne sont plus traîtées comme unités individuelles. Cette fois on insiste sur leur assamblage, menant vers la réalisation d’un fonctionnement normal et efficient du système managérial. Il résulte, dans ce contexte, que l’accent se pose sur le système, sous-système et son objectif, qui ont une position centrale. Les autres éléments, les fonctions y incluses, sont abordés seulement comme moyens, qui contribuent à atteindre les buts fixés par le manager. The content and conditions of the economic and managerial problems faced by the enterprise as well as the solutions that can be found are obviously influenced by its own characteristics. Effective management process must not be based solely on intuition, as a large part of the business leaders do, as demonstrated by our research, but on the in-depth knowledge of the existing situation, on the scientific analysis of vulnerabilities, and business development opportunities in relation to its external environment.

    Problems of professional adaptation of graduates of higher educational institutions are caused by the complex conditions and demands of the economic, political, social and cultural environment. Adaptation of young experts to the growing requirements of the environment has a difficult structure and needs an industrial, socially-organizational, socially-psychological, psychophysiological, material and social and economic symbiosis of the given concept. The urgency of researching the problem of professional adaptation is caused also by specificity of demand for services in the market of higher educational institutions. Nowadays, the choice of the speciality is directly influenced by the social status it may offer, rather than the personal preferences (inclination, talent, capacities).

    The approach of enterprise management as a system is characterized by the fact that managerial functions are no longer treated as individual units. This time, they insist on assembling them, aiming to achieve a normal and efficient functioning of the managerial system. It is in this context that emphasis is placed on the system, the subsystem and its objectives, which are assured of a central position. Thus treated, the other elements, including functions, are addressed only as means, which contribute to the achievement of the goals set by the manager. In order to maximize the potential of the economic unit's resources, the corresponding functions and subsystems should not be considered independent, and they will be integrated organically into the overall effort to achieve the enterprise's overall objectives and ensure the efficiency of the system that it represents.

    Politica socială a companiei vs responsabilitatea socială corporativă [Articol]

    Conceptul de politică socială a companiei este un element formativ indispensabil al conceptului de responsabilitate societală (socială) a companiei (Corporate Social Responsibility, în continuare RSC). Acesta a apărut în S.U.A. în anii ’80 ai secolului trecut, în timp ce în Europa utilizarea sa este mai recentă. In context american, paternitatea conceptului de RSC este atribuită lui Howard Bowen, în 1953, în lucrarea “Social Responsabilities of the Businessman”. El definește noțiunea printr-o serie de obligații ce conduc la politici, decizii și linii de conduită compatibile cu obiectivele și valorile societății. Definiția responsabilității sociale presupune decizii și acțiuni efectuate de conducători pentru rațiuni economice sau tehnice.

    Reglementarea delegării ca metodă de asigurare a eficienței în management [Articol]

    The efficiency of management in modern conditions begins with small things - the ability to achieve personal goals, to understand and adequately evaluate oneself and others, to distribute and use time, make decisions in a timely and optimal way, the ability to innovate, train and develop subordinates, but not to forget about physical and mental health. In the person of the manager, multiple qualities and roles must be combined. More often than not, the manager is both a businessman and a manager who manages the enterprise, fulfills all the leading management functions and makes the necessary decisions. The time, knowledge and experience of each manager is limited, and unipersonal leadership becomes impossible or extremely inefficient. There is a moment in the activity of any manager, when he realizes that he can not fulfill all the functions by himself, respectively the manager realizes that he must apply the delegation of authority. Most managers feel worried, fearing not only the integrity of the business, but also the risk.
