In this scientific article talks about the human resource management contribution to the enhancing of organizational competitiveness. In recent years, a move researchers believe that human resources are the most important element in ensuring of the organizational performance and competitiveness. Taking in consideration this, we have tried to show the role of the human resource function in the efficient management of employees, with the view of enhancing organizational competitiveness. Thus, they were shown those assets which may influence, directly or indirectly, the organizational competitiveness.

In this paper were analyzed the most important conceptual-methodological aspects regarding the analysis of the human capital in the Republic of Moldova. In this sense, we analyzed the situation in the Republic of Moldova and factors that could help the country in accessing investments of the human capital in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research methodology focused on the use of several methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, tabular method, graphics, and comparative analysis. In conclusion, we note that the Republic of Moldova needs to intensify the process of development human capital at the national level for.

The company is currently facing problems related to the economic environment. The development of tourist, ecological activities should be achieved based on some educational, recreational and recreational activities, not least. So, a component of great importance is ecotourism, which is the chance to learn respect for local culture, but also for nature. Romania, in terms of ecotourism, is strongly developed. 47% of the total area of the country is occupied by natural green spaces, of which 20% are those under state protection. We will discuss various topics on the development of ecotourism, and towards the end we will discuss some future objectives to achieve an improvement of ecotourism.
Impactul BERD asupra economiei Republicii Moldova [Articol]

This work examines the impact of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on the economy of the Republic of Moldova. The essay presents the investments and projects funded by the EBRD in various sectors of the economy, such as infrastructure, private sector, and financial sector. Additionally, the benefits of EBRD investments, such as economic growth, improvement in the standard of living, and promotion of government and business reforms, are analyzed. The conclusions suggest that EBRD has had a significant positive impact on the economy and social development of the Republic of Moldova, and that continuing partnerships with the public and private sector will contribute to sustainable development and economic integration of the country.

In this paper were analyzed the theoretical-methodological aspects of the role of innovation in achieving competitive advantages on the market. Innovation appears as a decisive factor of companies 'competitiveness but also of companies' sustainability on the market. In this context, companies must invest in their innovative development in order to identify the best measures of innovation either through process innovation, product innovation or marketing innovation. Each of these types of innovation must be analyzed in detail by each company and must identify the innovative potential that the company has in order to generate innovation. The research methods focused on the use of several methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, comparative analysis, graphical, tabular method. In conclusion, we can mention that one of the most important competitive advantages that a company can have is innovation, which is a source in achieving the sustainability of companies that must be evaluated and analyzed by each company in order to achieve sustainability.

În this paper were analyzed the most important challenges and aspects regarding the insertion of young specialists on the labor market in Moldova. Thus, the most important aspects related to the integration of young specialists are: the skills formed in higher education institutions, the integration of young specialists in the new job, the remuneration of young specialists in the first years of activity, but also the performances recorded by them during this period. Thus, the approached methodology focused on the use of the following methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, scientific abstraction. In conclusion, we can mention that in order to facilitate the integration process of young specialists it is necessary to invest in the continuous development of young specialists, to conclude partnerships between universities and the business environment that could provide support in the integration and adaptation process of young specialists.

In this paper, the most important aspects regarding the training and development of employees in the context of distance learning were analyzed. Given the fact that the Covid-19 pandemic, employees of educational institutions face problems related to the need to assimilate new technologies and apply them in the classroom. Due to the standard of living in our country, it is observed that currently this problem is a major one and affects the entire education system. The research methods were: analysis, synthesis, induction, abduction, deduction, scientific abstraction. In conclusion, we can mention that new measures and regulations should be applied in the Labor Code and the Education Code regarding the regulation of labor relations between employee and employer where the work of teachers with students, students should be clearly regulated. The state must also prepare courses, trainings for all teachers at all levels of education in order to facilitate the transition to distance learning.

In this article I examined shopping center management. I chose to focuse on two regional shopping centers: Shopping MallDova from Chișinău and Băneasa Shopping City from Bucharest. In this study I tried to compare these two shopping centers, but also to find similarities between them. I analyzed the interdependence between the size of these two shopping centers and the quantity of shops they have. Also, I categorized each tenant and found the most common types of tenants for „Shopping MallDova” and „Băneasa Shopping City”. Another aspect analyzed in this paper is the location of shops intended for planned and unplanned buying, which is an important aspect for the success of a shopping center. To sum it up, it is important to analyze successfull shopping centers because they can serve as an example for future shopping centers.

In this paper, have been addressed the theory-methodology concepts on merchandising. The paper focuses on the analysis methods and interactive techniques of merchandising from a theoretical as well as a practical perspective. The purpose of the paper is to substantiate the most effective merchandising methods and techniques applied in the business unit. The practical part of the paper was made on the materials of the commercial unit S.R.L. "METRO CASH & CARRY". The research methodology focused on conducting the practical study through a qualitative method using the observation sheet as a tool. In the conclusions we can mention that the commercial unit S.R.L. "METRO CASH & CARRY" is a modern business unit that applies interactive methods and techniques merchandising such as: visual merchandising, permanent merchandising, seasonal merchandising, shelf merchandising, which helps the company to establish a constructive, efficient relationship with its customers by transforming them into loyal customers by consolidating their desires to return to the business unit.

In this paper were analyzed the most important conceptual-methodological aspects regarding the analysis of the investment process in the Republic of Moldova. In this sense, the most important existing projects and investment programs in the Republic of Moldova that could help the country in accessing investments in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic were analyzed. Also, an analysis was made of the volume of investments placed in the country by sources and types of investments, but also the most important investors in our country. Towards the end, relevant conclusions and proposals were made. The research methodology focused on the use of several methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, tabular method, graphics, comparative analysis. In conclusion, we note that the Republic of Moldova needs to intensify the process of submitting projects to various national and international investment programs by involving young people in increasing the attractiveness of this process.

In this article were studied and examined such a touristic service like hostel. Were analyzed the moldavian legislation, the situation with quantitive structure of hotel clients and its dinamic during last years.Was presented a tipycal model of hostel, and procedures to start its activity. Were revewed some hostels from Republic of Moldova, and analyzed possible problems and solutions, perspectives in this domain of touristic sphere. To sum it up, were made some proposions to modify actual legislation, and conclusions about future perspectives.

This article highlights the main problems young people face when entering the labour market and how these can be overcome. The main problems young people face are: lack of work experience, gender and age discrimination, mistrust from peers and superiors, insufficient education, competition with other candidates, etc. Young people often show perseverance, stubbornness and hard work, learning to succeed and to assert themselves. Unfortunately, some give in under pressure. In conclusion, integrating young people into the workforce can be difficult for a number of reasons. Employers and educational institutions should therefore work together to address these issues and help young people find stable employment and develop successful careers. In addition, employers should remove prejudices against young people and give them a chance in the recruitment process. Finally, young people need to be prepared to learn and adapt to the rapidly changing labour market and develop the skills they need to be competitive.

Currently, the whole society is obsessed and focused on the problem of the Covid-19 pandemic, which affected all economic and social branches, but also the educational process, so I was motivated to research more in this field, to find and propose more solutions; or, to know more deeply such a problem. In the present paper, the theoretical-practical aspects of the changes in the higher education process as a result of the pandemic crisis were analyzed. In this context, we analyzed and researched several aspects of online education: what is online education, advantages, disadvantages, crisis situation, conclusions. The research methodology focuses on the use of several research methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, comparative analysis, graphs, tables. In conclusion, we can mention that higher education in the Republic of Moldova has undergone major changes with the emergence of the pandemic crisis from the perspective of internet connection, providing gadgets to all educational actors, training teachers to work online, training students to connect at one of the educational platforms, online assessment, the results of which are not permanently a mirror of students' skills and performance, etc. The most acute problem or dilemma for the student world is the organization of practical classes, which we lack in the pandemic. Coming to university, inspiring the scientific air, being in the circle of the academic world, experimenting, confronting yourself, persuasively arguing, dressing according to university standards - this is the real life of a student.
Rolul zel „Bălți” în atragerea investițiilor în context regional [Articol]

The results obtained by the Free Economic Zones (FEZs) in the Republic of Moldova were analyzed in this study. Additionally, the impact of ZEL-Bălți on regional development was also analyzed. Furthermore, the residents of ZEL Bălți, the attracted investments, labor remuneration, employee dynamics, and the geographical coverage of ZEL Bălți were reviewed. From the results of the conducted study, it can be observed that ZEL Bălți is one of the most viable and efficient FEZs in the country, attracting foreign investors and creating over 64% of the jobs generated by the Moldovan FEZs. The research methodology focused on the use of multiple research methods, such as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, and comparative analysis. In conclusion, it is noteworthy that Free Economic Zones contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of the country, and ZEL Bălți is a national leader.

In this paper was carried out the theoretical-practical analysis of motivation systems. Thus, the existing motivational systems were reviewed, their efficiency but also a critical analysis was performed. Also, a meticulous analysis of these motivational system was performed, of the company L.L.C. "Gelibert" based on the application of a questionnaire to the company's employees. The data were interpreted and proposals outlined. The applied research methods were: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, qualitative research. In conclusion, we mention that a modern motivation system can be built on the basis of a flexible management system focused on employee involvement in achieving organizational performance.
