    Dans l’activité professionnelle des juristes, le rôle principal revient à l’habilité de faire recours de manière créative à l’expérience psychologique dans le but d’influencer sa propre personnalité ainsi que les personnes avec lesquelles le juriste est en relation au cours de l’activité de travail. Afin de réaliser efficacement les objectifs proposés, les juristes doivent maîtriser très bien les bases de la psychologie. A l’étape actuelle, il n’existe aucun doute que les vastes connaissances des sciences psychologiques sont nécessaires pour la majorité des travailleurs du domaine judiciaire. Car en raison de la nature de leur activité professionnelle, ils sont constamment en relation avec les gens en exerçant une certaine influence sur eux.

    Impactul stilului de comunicare al cadrului didactic în dezvoltarea competenţelor comunicative la studenţi [Articol]

    Developing communicative competence involves a level of performance based on knowledge, skills and attitudes and motivation that determines optimum efficiency in business communication topic. Commimicafive competence is equally important for both actors involved in educational activity, because: the process of organizing and conducting learning activities of students is governed by the teacher through communication, focusing especially while training students' communicative skills. Are discussed in the article gave the communicative behavior of academics, how to increase efficiency and communication on students and formative role of communication relations training teacherstudent communication competence. Also highlights the role of the teacher's communication style in developing students; communicative skills through the use of valence educogene: style stimulating, engaging, appealing expression of verbal communication to create a favorable environment.

Jurist's activity is linked to direct contact with people. Consequently, one of the main directions of activity of lawyers is the communication function, which involves communication in terms o f law regula ting. Communication skills play an important role for the majority manifested in judicial staff especially for lawyers, judges, prosecutors, prosecuting officer and other experts.
