Rolul terapiei cognitiv-comportamentale în diminuarea agresivităţii la copii din familii vulnerabile [Articol]
(USARB, 2019) Produ, Valeria; Corcevoi, Maria, conducător şt.
Preadolescent age, by itself, is a difficult period in which aggressive behaviour is greatly increased. What remains constant is the evolution and rise of this phenomenon. Aggressiveness and aggressive behaviour have become the most current issue in the field of social sciences. The family environment remains a precondition for the emergence and maintenance of deviant behaviour. As a function of stopping and improving this behaviour, we elucidate the major role of cognitive behavioural therapy and its techniques, which aims to reduce destructive behaviours through the learning of individuals to identify, evaluate, control and modify negative thoughts about potential dangers and as the behaviours associated with them.
