La Biblioteca Ştiinţifică USARB au fost create programele pentru modernizarea activităţii serviciului Dezvoltarea Colecţiilor: Propuneri achiziţie, mapa Edituri, mapa Oferte, mapa Cerinţe, etc. toată această informaţie este stocată în Mapa Generală / General / Comenzi. Acest lucru nu ar fi fost posibil fără colaborarea dintre serviciul Automatizare şi Dezvoltarea Colecţiilor.

    Inteligenţa artificială şi mediul bibliotecar: aspecte teoretice şi practice [Articol]

    Artificial intelligence (AI) is significantly transforming the library environment, having a profound impact on the way libraries carry out their activities and serve their users. This paper explores both the theoretical and practical aspects of integrating AI into librarianship. It highlights the evolution of AI technologies and how they contribute to the optimization of internal processes, improving the accessibility and quality of information services. It also discusses ways in which libraries can adopt innovative solutions, such as chatbots and semantic search systems, to more effectively respond to user needs. The study emphasizes the importance of a proactive approach in the adoption of AI, promoting the need for continuous training of staff to fully capitalize on the potential of this technology. In conclusion, strategies for integrating AI into library activities are proposed, highlighting that although technology can automate certain processes, human interaction remains essential, thus ensuring an experience repertory between tradition and innovation in the contemporary library landscape.

    Întruniri profesionale în Filiala BIN (Biblioteci de Învăţămînt din Nord) a ABRM : 2007-2015

    Lucrarea conţine informaţii despre activităţile profesionale în cadrul Filialei Bibliotecilor de învăţămînt din Nord (BIN) a ABRM şi a Centrului Biblioteconomic în perioada 2007-2015. În această perioadă la întrunirile profesionale (şedinţe, ateliere, training-uri) au fost invitaţi metodiştii coordonatori ai activităţii bibliotecilor şcolare din Direcţiile de Educaţie, bibliotecarii din instituţiile preuniversitare (licee / şcoli, colegii, şcoli profesionale) de învăţămînt din Zona de Nord a RM, 15 raioane şi mun. Bălţi, pentru care Biblioteca universitară deţine şi realizează funcţiile de Centru Biblioteconomic.

    Library Science Centers , Scientific Library of Alecu Russo Balti State University, director Elena HARCONITA (North Zone) and the Scientific Library of the State Pedagogical UniversityIon Creanga,from Chisinau, director Catherine SCHERLET (Central and South Zones) collected and synthesized statistics presented by methodists-coordinators of the 1279 school libraries in the country (177 municipalities, 160 urban and 942 rural). Reference on school libraries has been submitted to the Ministry of Education, posted on the website of the Ministry and Scientific Library USARB.

Prezintă informaţii despre documentarea bibliografică, referinţa bibliografică şi posibiltăţile ei de identificare a documentelor, elementele principale ale referinţei bibliografice, modalităţile de citare. Este dotat cu un glosar ce ţin de termenii şi definiţiile ghidului.

    Specialized periodicals are an important communication channel in the professional environment. Electronic journal publishing ensures the integration of these contents in the unique information space, facilitating the access to these resources. The use of a specialized open source system, such as OJS, for this purpose allows the automation of the editorial process, the integration of the resource into various databases and the evaluation of statistics and search efficiency on indexed publication data.

    The paper is dedicated to the creation of the institutional repository by the librarians of the Alecu Russo Bălţ State University. Open Research Archive ( ORA US-ARB) is established to provide open access to the results of scientific research ofteachers and librarians, to promote the quality of research, to ensure the visibility and efficiency of researchers, and access to distance learning. Archiving Researchers’ results helps to promote the image of the institution, increase national and international ratings, enhance the role and authority of the library, and gain positive results in Google searches.
