    Post Abortion Stress (APS) is a particular form of a broader diagnosis known in literature as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The inability of SPA victim to control her feelings is enhanced by several factors: the crisis caused by pregnancy, the urgency with which she had to take a decision, the absence of a viable support system, the secret that had to keep and the denial of her loss. The article focuses on the question of finding optimal strategies for counseling post-abortion syndrome.

    In the laboratory of stress-control that holds its activity on the campus of “Alecu Russo” Balti State University there was made an experiment concerning the analysis of the causes (the physical and psychological risk factors) and the effects on the organizational health. The aim o f the experiment was to study the degree of the risk factors for the employees. The objectives were: to identify and analyze the risk factors for people s health; to identify and analyze the effects of the risk factors on the employees ’ health. The article was written on the basis of the Project “ The Research and the Elaboration of the Health Strengthening Mechanisms of the Employees' by means of suppressing( reducing) organizational stress.
