    Consecințele insecurității alimentare la nivel mondial [Articol]

    The analysis made in this article by the author is related to the level of global food security. The purpose of the article is to assess global alliances insecurity and its main consequences. The main methods used by the author to achieve the proposed goal are: induction, deduction, synthesis, graphic and descriptive method, etc. Following the analysis we can draw the following conclusions: by comparing the results obtained by the author with all the indicators that characterize the level of food security we can deduce that the worst situation is in the developing countries.

    Evaluation of student feedback following curriculum modernization of the "quality management" course unit within the skills4future project [Articol]

    In the last period of time global problems are becoming more urgent and the world is in a turbulent change. World-class organizations develop diversification and differentiation strategies in order to cope with changes from the external environment, but at the same time to satisfy the needs of consumers and not to have a negative influence on the environment. At the present time, the 2030 Agenda presents the most fortified elements for solving the problems encountered at the global level, namely through the adaptability of the SDGs. We, the representatives of the academic environment, also have an added value in solving the problems that have arisen, namely by implementing teaching and learning strategies related to environmental problems and especially those related to the production, consumption and use of reusable products, creating in students a strategic thinking. One of the objectives of the STEAM skills Project aims at "Involvement in the promotion of curricular innovation and education for the development of STEAM skills by enriching local businesses, the labor market, research and the community with entrepreneurial knowledge and practices to stimulate innovation and sustainable development of enterprises and organizations local."

    Managementul deşeurilor în industria alimentară – un factor important în Republica Moldova [Articol]

    In the wake of the worsening of the situation on the growth of the waste, a special empha¬sis is put on the implementation of the SDGS 12,"the production and Consumption charge", according to which we have made use of environmentally friendly chemicals and all wastes throughout their life cycle, in accordance with the principles of the international agreed to significantly reduce their entry into the air, water and soil in order to minimize their negative impact on human health and the environment. It should also be noted that reducing food waste and stimulating sustainable activity will contribute to improving food security. Waste also plays an important role in the circular economy, where the latter establishes the supremacy of waste. The supremacy of waste establishes the stages of their formation starting with the lower one (Prevention) and ending with the storage of waste (use).

    Notiţe de curs la Management comparat : pentru studenţii Fac. Economie, spec. Management şi Business şi Administrare

    În notiţele de curs la disciplina „Managementul comparat” o mare atenţie i se atribuie aspectului cultural al managementului comparat, în care sunt incluse aşa elemente cum sunt principalele caracteristici ale metodei culturii universale, evaluarea specifică a „culturii naţionale”. În notiţele de curs se analizează modelele de interpretare naţională a culturii ale lui G. Hofstede. De asemenea se analizează particularităţile culturilor naţionale şi stilurile de conducere, modelele de conducere, factorii de formare a stilurilor de conducere şi luarea deciziilor. O atenţiei deosebită i se atribuie sistemului de motivare în managementul comparat. Sistemul de motivaţiei este caracterizat pentru fiecare ţară analizată în parte. În notiţe sunt examinate întrebările legate de dezvoltarea modelelor de management, problemele „internaţionalizării” managementului contemporan: miturile şi realitatea a proceselor divergente şi convergente. Are loc examinarea problemelor managementului european unde sunt incluse conceptele de euromanagement şi euromanageri. În notiţe sunt examinate modelele naţionale ale managementului a mai multor ţări cum sunt: Japonia, S.U.A., Franţa, Germania, Marea Britanie etc. În compartimentul dat nu a fost inclus caracteristica managementului autohton deoarece managementul În Republica Moldova se află la stadiile începătoare de dezvoltare.
