    In this article I will address two fundamental principles that underpin the branch of social protection law: the principle of equality and uniqueness. Both are important for the work of institutions in the social protection system, and I have analysed each of them in turn and drawn conclusions towards the end. The system of social protection being a complex and variable one, it has some principles on which it is always based, these being that of equality and uniqueness, whereby the state provides various forms of social protection equally to all citizens and uniquely.

    Avantajele și dezavantajele implementării în Republica Moldova a sistemului de pensii multipilon [Articol]

    The pension system in the Republic of Moldova operates under the scheme of the solidarity pension system. The pension system has a considerable role in ensuring a decent living for the population. The reform of the current pension system involves the implementation of a cumulative pension system where social security contributions are invested instead of being immediately spent for the payment of benefits to current pensioners. The effective implementation of the voluntary pension system in the Republic of Moldova would, according to experts, bring a number of important benefits to the entire national economy. At the same time, within the private pension system, social contributions are invested using financial markets, which thus obtain a significant impetus as a result of the pension system reform, and the development of the financial market is positively associated with economic growth.

    This article proposes a detailed analysis of the social guarantees with a material character granted to children and families with children in the Republic of Moldova. In the context of a society undergoing continuous change and an increasing concern for the well-being of children and families, this study examines the role and effectiveness of social policies in providing support and protection for children and their families. By utilizing official statistical data, legislative analysis, and previous research in the field, this article investigates the current level of social guarantees, the challenges faced, and possible directions for improving them in the Republic of Moldova.
