Item Contractele privind pachetele de servicii de călătorie și serviciile de călătorie asociate în reglementarea directivei 2015/2302/UE [Articol](USARB, 2019) Cazacu, Valentin; Negru, StellaThe present paper briefly analyzes the provisions of Directive 2015/2302/EU on package travel and linked travel arrangements. The study focuses on the main changes proposed in the new text, comparing them with the provisions of the old Directive 90/314/EEC, which was repealed on 01.07.2018. It also highlights the role of the new Directive in achieving a higher level of consumer protection.
