    Caracterizarea resurselor turistice din cadrul zonei de sud Republicii Moldova [Articol]

    The South of Moldova includes natural and anthropological tourist resources, requiring an deep analyze of wise use of them for tourism purposes with good effects on economically sustainable development. Thus, the natural environment has not to be affected by the impact of tourism activity. This work analyzes the business tourism through some predictions for attracting local and foreign tourism in the area and this process would have social and economic benefits. It is proposed to include a labor force in the respectively tourist environment, specific use of production factors and attracting foreign direct investments for better economical activity of that geographic area. The study case in this work will be analyzed on the basis of rural settlements in which are registered some socio-cultural and ethno-folklore activiries. An important part of this work is dedicated to spa-tourism, represented in the area.
