    Memoria ca formă de justiţie

    The article reflects the exhibition data „Memory as a form of Justice” dedicated to the Memorial of Victims of Communism and of the Resistance, the first of this kind and proportions in excommunist countries. Romanian Culrural Institute „Mihai Eminescu” in collaboration with the Romanian Embassyiin Republic of Moldova, the General Consulate of Romania in Balti inaugurated the exhibition within the framework of events dedicated to the Day of Europe. The 26 panels that comprise are a foray at the photographic exhibition into the dark world of bloody period of communism in Romania.

    Bibliographic descriptions preparation has been and remains an issue of cataloguer. Tha first cataloging rules appeared in the 19th century and over the years have been revised and updated. The most important meetings with the participation of international experts in the theory and practice of the bibliographical descriptions were those of Paris (1961) and Frankfurt (2003).
