Responsabilitatea socială – aspect obligatoriu al unei companii [Articol]
    (USARB, 2022) Latco, Alexandr
The fact of the interaction of the business environment with social problems is an undeniable one, for the simple reason that the business environment consists of distinguished people, elements of the organizational system of a company, we are surrounded by social problems and challenges, be they economic, cultural or nvironmental. The current trends of involvement of the business environment in solving social problems in the ecosystem of which they are part, represent the reference object of the concept of corporate social responsibility but also the result of previous successful involvements. Corporate social responsibility involves the use of financial, human and decision-making resources in solving the main problems in society such as illiteracy, poverty or corruption, the main beneficiary of these involvements being primarily the citizen who is part of that target group of the implemented measures, the company that instruments the intervention, the entire business environment and society in general, this relationship can be interpreted as a concrete contribution for the common good of society.
