    The transparency of the decision-making process is a feature of the activity of public authorities, according to which their activity is publicly accessible and provides for the possibility of involving civil society by participating in the decision-making process. In this article we intend to analyze the observance of the principle of transparency and participation of civil society in the decision-making process within the local public administration in Balti, especially regarding the transparency of the budgetary process and the degree of consultation of civil society through IT, about the elaboration, adoption and realization of the local budget.
