Romanian Culrural Institute „Mihai Eminescu” in collaboration with the Romanian Embassyiin Republic of Moldova, the General Consulate of Romania in Balti inaugurated the exhibition within the framework of events dedicated to the Day of Europe. The methodology for studying the information needs of users is described in detail. The analysis showed that users are actively using new information technologies, especially electronic resources. The activities of the library as a full participant in the educational process are described in detail. The provision of equal access and rational exchange of information and library resources is considered, which contributes to the successful adaptation of students to the learning process at the university, creates the necessary conditions for self-education, self-development and the formation of an information culture of future specialists.
