    Memoria ca formă de justiţie

    The article reflects the exhibition data „Memory as a form of Justice” dedicated to the Memorial of Victims of Communism and of the Resistance, the first of this kind and proportions in excommunist countries. Romanian Culrural Institute „Mihai Eminescu” in collaboration with the Romanian Embassyiin Republic of Moldova, the General Consulate of Romania in Balti inaugurated the exhibition within the framework of events dedicated to the Day of Europe. The 26 panels that comprise are a foray at the photographic exhibition into the dark world of bloody period of communism in Romania.

    The article presents the results of studying the information needs of users of the Scientific Library of Balti State University. The methodology for studying the information needs of users is described in detail. The analysis showed that users are actively using new information technologies, especially electronic resources. The analysis of opinions and proposals for improving the services of the USARB Scientific Library is carried out.

    The article deals with new trends in information service for users of the Scientific Library of Bălţi State University. The activities of the library as a full participant in the educational process are described in detail. The provision of equal access and rational exchange of information and library resources is considered, which contributes to the successful adaptation of students to the learning process at the university, creates the necessary conditions for self-education, self-development and the formation of an information culture of future specialists.
