The article focuses on the thermodynamic analysis of the possibility of dealkalization of industrial glasses by gaseous reagents. The methodology of thermodynamic analysis of chemical reaction components of inorganic glasses with acid gases consisting of seven main stages has been developed. The list of gaseous reagents, which may be used for thermochemical treatment of inorganic glasses and the list of components of inorganic glasses, which usually are component parts of industrial glassware, has been developed. Efficient gaseous reagents were developed to intensify the dealkalization process of industrial glassware based on thermodynamic analysis.
