    Digitalizarea sistemului de asistenţă socială. Reforma restart [Articol]

    At the end of 2023, the “Restart” social assistance system reform was launched, which provides for the streamlining of social policies promoted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and implemented by the National Social Assistance Agency and territorial social assistance structures. The “Restart” social assistance system reform, which aims to ensure more equitable access of the vulnerable population to social benefits and services and to increase the quality of the services provided. To achieve these results, a series of complex actions are planned, which will be implemented over three years. The reform aims to ensure decent living conditions in all centers where vulnerable people are received, regardless of whether they are the elderly, children or people with disabilities, as well as to improve the legislative framework regulating the social assistance system. Many of the procedures have been simplified, the stages have been debureaucratized and the effective field control function of social inspectors has been strengthened. The entire social assistance system will be digitized and registers with all beneficiaries and providers will be established so that data is available in real time. The information in the electronic documentation will be able to be compared operatively with the situation on the ground during controls: the number of beneficiaries, their origin, the conditions for which social assistance was granted, etc.

    Elaborarea şi implementarea proiectelor sociale : Suport de curs

    Suportul de curs cu genericul „Elaborarea şi implementarea proiectelor sociale” are ca obiectiv general realizarea unui studiu complex privind managementul proiectelor, cu accent pe analiza şi evaluarea tehnicilor utilizate în managementul timpului, costului şi al performanţei. Cercetarea urmăreşte prezentarea conceptelor teoretice, identificarea celor mai eficiente metode şi tehnici de management a factorilor cheie în gestionarea proiectelor şi realizarea unui studiu empiric a unui proiect care a fost implementat cu success, dar care, pe parcursul duratei sale, a intâmpinat mai multe riscuri de anulare a proiectului.
