    This article highlights the importance of studying motivational aspects of personnel in the educational environment, streamlining of work process and increasing of workers’ satisfaction. Motivational theories existing at the present stage are briefly analyzed and presented; it is spoken about a series of tools that gives us the opportunity to study various motivational aspects in the teaching environment.

    Aspecte psihologice ale anxietăţii la adolescenţii cu comportament deviant [Articol]

    The article contains a theoretical and experimental approach to anxiety in adolescents exhibiting deviant behavior. In order to study the level of ancestry in students with deviant behavior, two questionnaires were developed Taylor anxiety manifestation scale and the characterological questionnaire H. Leongard, H. Schmieschek. The result was attested the existence of the link between deviant behavior and the level of anxiety development in students.

    The article reflects psychological aspects of youth addiction to electronic cigarettes. There is an incursion into legislative aspects of prevention and reduction of Tobacco Dependence in the Republic of Moldova, the dynamics and modality of the formation of this type of addiction in young people. Also mentioned are a series of psychological and educational measures in order to form psychology culture among young people in order to prevent the formation of addictions.
