Materializing an education through art in school presents a requirement o f an ideal formation o f an indispensable personality from the emotional, altitudinal, cognitive and cultural point o f view. A man is not entirely formed, if he does no kno w and is not sensitive to the universe value specific to artistic creation, if he is no responsive to the beauty embodied in other existential contexts (nature, human relationships, community), if does not wanly lo he surrounded by authentic beauty. Art-pedagogy is a field of educational sciences authentic for the modern school. The article deals with the key concepts o f art pedagog} in the context o f the educational process organization. There are given arguments that support the necessity o f a responsible, coherent effort inspired by the pedagogical fundamentals o f art-pedagogy in the school perimeter. Materialele propuse în îndrumar contribuie la lărgirea perspectivelor interculturale pentru a face faţă cerinţelor diferitor medii educaţionale multietnice. Îndrumarul evidenţiază căi constructive de explorare a conţinuturilor interculturale în cadrul practicii pedagogice şi contribuie la conştientizarea importanţei dimensiunii culturale a viitoarei profesii. I state that „hidden curriculum” can be shaped by adults intentionally at the same time remaining unwritten, not verbalized but valued. Teachers can teach attitudes, skills, values, even transmit knowledge, through the way they teach and relate to others. School administrators can shape existing structures and procedures in such a way that they express an important for school value which is a safe and peaceful climate. Many informal codes of conduct, but also the organization of school space and time can make real difference in school climate. Hidden curriculum is a crucial part of school culture understood us a way in which a group of people live, think, feel, organize themselves, celebrate and share a system of values, meanings and views of the world. It is insisted on capitalizing the intellectual potential of the trainees and on changing the attitude through developing intercultural behaviors. The present paper is intended for students, participants at the courses of continuing professional training, university didactic staff and for teachers from general education to support individual study in the course units dealing with the issue of intercultural education. In multicultural world, human relationships for a peaceful living can be regulated by the Human Rights Education. Human rights constitute an axiological and pragmatic minimum, a set o f values, norms, principles which guide the common life o f individuals in society. The given article explains the role of children’s rights’ knowledge in the context o f the educational process organization.
