    Art-Pedagogia ca mijloc de activizare a procesului de învăţămînt în clasele primare [Articol]

    Man is a being interested nat only to know but also it feel, lo enjoy the beauty around him. Materializing an education through art in school presents a requirement o f an ideal formation o f an indispensable personality from the emotional, altitudinal, cognitive and cultural point o f view. A man is not entirely formed, if he does no kno w and is not sensitive to the universe value specific to artistic creation, if he is no responsive to the beauty embodied in other existential contexts (nature, human relationships, community), if does not wanly lo he surrounded by authentic beauty. Art-pedagogy is a field of educational sciences authentic for the modern school. The article deals with the key concepts o f art pedagog} in the context o f the educational process organization. There are given arguments that support the necessity o f a responsible, coherent effort inspired by the pedagogical fundamentals o f art-pedagogy in the school perimeter. At the same time the author emphasizes (he possibilities o f artistic means integration that can stimulate the instruction and active training in school.

It proposes some exemples of activities and working methods with pupils from primary classes aiming to facilitate the career choise.

    Ghidul metodologic este o continuare logică a conţinuturilor prevăzute de curriculumul universitar Educaţie interculturală, axându-se sistemic pe crearea unor situaţii de învăţare interactive şi integrative, prin diverse aplicaţii practice, sarcini pentru lucrul individual dirijat, care presupun analiză, sinteză, reflecţii, întrebări, comentarii şi extensii. Se insistă asupra valorificării potenţialului intelectual al formabililor şi asupra schimbării atitudinii prin dezvoltarea comportamentelor interculturale. Lucrarea de faţă este destinată studenţilor, participanţilor la cursuri de formare profesională continuă, cadrelor didactice universitare şi celor din învăţământul general, pentru a sprijini studiul individual la unităţile de curs ce tratează problematica educaţiei interculturale. Prin activităţile propuse se urmăreşte dezvoltarea competenţelor interculturale la nivel de atitudini, cunoştinţe şi capacităţi.

    Scopul îndrumarului este de a face educaţia interculturală mai relevantă pentru viitorii profesori. Materialele propuse în îndrumar contribuie la lărgirea perspectivelor interculturale pentru a face faţă cerinţelor diferitor medii educaţionale multietnice. Îndrumarul evidenţiază căi constructive de explorare a conţinuturilor interculturale în cadrul practicii pedagogice şi contribuie la conştientizarea importanţei dimensiunii culturale a viitoarei profesii. Îndrumarul pentru practica pedagogică este recomandat studenţilor ciclului I, studii superioare de licenţă, care-şi fac studiile la specialităţile din Domeniul 011 Ştiinţe ale educaţiei pentru cultivarea şi promovarea valorilor profesionale şi general-umane formate în cadrul unităţilor de curs şi în special, a respectării principiilor educaţiei interculturale: toleranţa, egalitatea, complementaritatea valorilor, valorizarea specificului spiritual al valorilor locale ataşându-le la valorile generale ale umanității, valorificarea cadrului educaţional în spiritul diversităţii, drepturilor omului, egalităţii de şanse, dialogului intercultural, promovării identităţii şi cetăţeniei.

    "Hidden curriculumul" în context educaţional [Articol]

    Many publications describe a negative influence of such unarticulated, informal „education” on school climate. I state that „hidden curriculum” can be shaped by adults intentionally at the same time remaining unwritten, not verbalized but valued. Teachers can teach attitudes, skills, values, even transmit knowledge, through the way they teach and relate to others. School administrators can shape existing structures and procedures in such a way that they express an important for school value which is a safe and peaceful climate. Many informal codes of conduct, but also the organization of school space and time can make real difference in school climate. Hidden curriculum is a crucial part of school culture understood us a way in which a group of people live, think, feel, organize themselves, celebrate and share a system of values, meanings and views of the world. It is a way in which they articulate them, visibly, in language, gestures, symbols, rituals and styles.

    Intercultural Education: Methodological guide and course support for future teachers

    The methodological guide and the course support are a logical continuation of the contents provided by the University Curriculum Intercultural Education, systemically focusing on creating interactive and integrative learning situations through various practical applications, tasks for individual directed work which involve analysis, synthesis, reflections, questions, comments and extensions. It is insisted on capitalizing the intellectual potential of the trainees and on changing the attitude through developing intercultural behaviors. The present paper is intended for students, participants at the courses of continuing professional training, university didactic staff and for teachers from general education to support individual study in the course units dealing with the issue of intercultural education. Through the proposed activities the development of intercultural competencies at the level of attitudes, knowledge and abilities is aimed.

    Today's dynamic life puts forward challenges especially in the value o f the educational area. Current educational challenges require the formation o f an active personality with a high level of responsibility and social responsiveness, potentially opened to change. The school has a duty to get the child ready to fulfill his role, the active role in shaping the future society. It is essential that children should be aware of the importance o f respect for their peers, for human dignity. This can he achieved only through educating individuals as a whole, which possess self-respect and own identity. In multicultural world, human relationships for a peaceful living can be regulated by the Human Rights Education. Human rights constitute an axiological and pragmatic minimum, a set o f values, norms, principles which guide the common life o f individuals in society. The given article explains the role of children’s rights’ knowledge in the context o f the educational process organization. It highlights methodological suggestions for proper implementation o f human rights education in preschool and elementary school period.
