    La vie est un cadeau qui est donné à chaque personne à la naissance. Un état de droit met toujours l'accent sur la vie de la personne, sa liberté et ses droits fondamentaux en tant que citoyen, la perte de la vie d'une personne étant un véritable crime, très sévèrement puni. Les cas où des personnes gravement malades, atteintes d'une maladie incurable, souhaitaient la survenance de la mort avec l'aide d'une autre personne ont conduit à l'émergence de l'euthanasie. Ce thème a toujours soulevé des opinions pour et contre, ce qui se produit également au stade actuel, étant un thème de tous les temps.

    Unele aspecte privind măsurile de prevenire a formelor criminalităţii după genul făptuitorului în Republica Moldova şi în alte state [Articol]

    The article deals with topical problems of national legislation in the field of prevention of male and female crime and the experience of foreign states such as the USA, Russia, Japan, China, France and Belgium in the fight against crime. Implementing male and female crime prevention measures is often a complex task. However, theoretical knowledge is not sufficient to respond to the existing challenges in the fight against crime at local and national level and to successfully develop and implement a crime prevention policy or program. An acute problem is the lack of progress and gaps in the organizational and legal framework of the activities of the authorities for preventing and combating crime, as the current state of the legal system, especially with reference to the crime prevention process in the Republic of Moldova, does not correspond to the existing realities, being nothing but a system with weak mechanisms, which are not effective in the fight against crime.

    Unele reflecţii privind victima infracţiunii ca element al obiectului de studiu al criminologiei [Articol]

    This article is a systematic analysis of the concept of crime victim, highlighting the main classifications and typologies of victims. It also presents the genesis of victimology as a science as well as the main promoters of this branch of criminology. The content of the article includes measures of prevention, prophylaxis and victimological combat, proposals for changes to the legal system or, in other words, visions of what a modern legal system should look like. The article emphasises the idea that the victim is often the provoking, inciting subject that leads directly to the commission of the crime.

    Violenţa împotriva copiilor – provocare sau infracţiune [Articol]

    The society in which we live is the product of human actions. We all survive in a modern society, we all try to make it better, and we fight for this ideal, believing with all our being in the so-called justice of our ends. We risk changing civilizations, creating new laws, new foundations, new principles inspired by the greatest human values, but despite all these we are brutally killing using ever more destructive weapons. The paradox is that we are fighting for a bright future, for a world in which every human being will be respected and valued, but in the meantime, we are using as a solution to all our problems the most cruel method of all – violence!
