    Analiza criminologică a formelor criminalității după făptuitor în Republica Moldova [Articol]

    Criminality is one of the main elements of the object of criminology as a science. Without studying it as a whole, it is impossible to elucidate other criminological problems with reference to the determinants of crime and organization of the process of combating it. In turn, there are sundry forms of criminality in criminology. In this scientifical article we have proved that the concept of criminality is a multidimensional one, which has known different approaches in the specialized literature, and we have highlighted the concept, the reasons, the clues and the basic particularities of the forms of criminality in accordance with the gender and age of the perpetrator in the Republic of Moldova.

    Criminological investigation of crime requires the development of mechanisms for easier assimilation, but also its analysis. In this sense, the typology and classification of criminals is of theoretical and practical importance, intended to prevent and combat crime. We propose for analysis the classifications and typologies of criminals exposed in the literature and criminal practice.

    The issue of systematization and definition of crimes against sexual freedom and / or inviolability has been and is quite discussed in the literature. The diversity of opinions and the lack of an unambiguous position in this regard, determined the need to draft this article. We propose for analysis some aspects regarding the system and the concept of crimes that threaten sexual freedom and / or inviolability.

    Cooperarea internațională a statelor în cadrul organizației mondiale a comerțului: realizări, dificultăți, deziderate [Articol]

    A multilateral, universal, rule-based, non-discriminatory and equitable trading system is a central element for harnessing the potential of trade-related development, and the rules and disciplines of the World Trade Organization (WTO) are the cornerstone of this system, serving as a guarantee against discrimination. However, in spite of all the successes achieved, the WTO, as a forum for multilateral trade negotiations, is currently facing some difficulties, especially with regard to strengthening trade regionalism and the conclusion by states of new preferential, regional and bilateral trade agreements. In this article the authors elucidate both the achievements and some of the difficulties of the cooperation of the states within the WTO, coming up with some solutions to the existing problems.

    Narcomania și prostituția în Republica Moldova - abordări criminologice [Articol]

    Concentrating society's attention on material issues distracts attention on moral and social issues. In this regard, we refer to narcotics and prostitution. These vices of society affect public health as a whole, as well as the health of individuals who use drugs or provide sexual services. Thus, we propose the statistical-criminological analysis of narcomania and prostitution phenomena to assess their qualitative and quantitative aspects.

    Reflections on informatic crime in the Republic of Moldova [Articol]

    The evolution of the socio-economic sphere inevitably generates changes in the criminal phenomenon, in this sense, the Republic of Moldova is not an exception. In recent years, there has been a growing spread of cybercrime. In addition, a number of crimes involve the increasing use of information technology in crime. The examination of the concept and features of cybercrime and of the incriminating juridical-criminal means destined to fight this phenomenon, represents an urgent necessity, of a special topicality. The latent character and the complexity of the IT operations determine the connection of the legal and organizational-institutional basis, destined to the social control of the IT crimes. In this sense, we propose the examination of cybercrime in terms of the specific legislative and organizationalinstitutional of the Republic of Moldova.

    The definition and outlining of the offender is important because, on the one hand, it is necessary to know which people are talking about, and on the other hand, the notion of offender in criminology must be clearly delineated by the notion of offender in criminal law. Taking into consideration that sometimes in the specialty literature it is mentioned that between the notion of offender and the notion of perpetrator can not be a sign of equality, in this scientific article the author has tried to prove the differences and similarities between the notions of "the subject of the offense" and the "personality of the offender".

    The study of crime is possible as a whole, or by investigating some components. Such a component parts of crime, represent its types and are based on some features, quantitative and/or qualitative indicators. The imprudent criminality, thanks to its qualitative specificity-the form of guilt of the crimes it represents, is also individualized by some quantitative-quality aspects (the damage caused, its weight and dynamics in coral with other types of crime, etc.). In this article we propose an analysis of some qualitative and quantitative aspects of reckless criticism, as well as of persons who commit such crimes.

This influence in the current realities of the Republic of Moldova cannot be neglected and is to be subjected to forensic investigation. Penitentiary crime is also of interest in terms of developing social control measures for this type of crime.

    The issue of protecting the life and health of the person has not appeared recently, but has been raised since ancient times. This can be seen both in terms of the criminal legal framework and the organization of crime prevention by public bodies. The relevance of the examined aspect also emerges from the high prejudicial degree of the crimes against the person's life and health, as the most precious social values. We propose for analysis some aspects regarding the pertinent legal framework, structure, level, dynamics and specificity of the crime against the life and health of the person, as well as its determinants.

    Unele reflecții privind trăsăturile infractorului recidivist din Republica Moldova [Articol]

    The personality of the offender, as a concept, includes all the features and features, relevant from a criminological point of view. Regarding the personality of the recidivist, due to the high social danger, it represents one of the most dangerous individualizations of the typology of the offender. Repeated offenses by the same person indicate some shortcomings in the effectiveness of corrective and re-education measures. Recidivist criminals present an increased social danger, because at the current stage, we find the tendency to "professionalize" in some types of crime. Recidivists are rightly considered to be the "bearers" of the criminal subculture and consistently represent the "elite" of the underworld.

    Violenţa domestică în reglementările internaţionale şi în legislaţia Republicii Moldova: probleme şi soluţii [Articol]

    The phenomenon of domestic violence has negative implications for the individual, as well as for the family and society, with a much greater spread than it has been believed, which does not take into account territorial, social or economic barriers. Both at internationally and nationally level it has been recognized that domestic violence is a serious phenomenon that affects the fundamental human rights, adopting a series of regulations in order to prevent and eradicate this phenomenon. However, the issue of domestic violence continues to be a stringent one for moldovan society, requiring a deeper approach at the theoretical and practical level. In this article, the authors undertake a multispectral analysis of this phenomenon, elucidating the gaps in the matter and coming up with solutions to remedy them.
