Item Caracteristica faunei Helmintice (Trematoda) a speciei Pelophylax Ridibundus din zona de centru a Republicii Moldova [Articol](USARB, 2017) Erhan, Dumitru; Gherasim, Elena; Rusu, Ştefan; Zamornea, Maria; Munjiu, Oxana; Lebedenco, Liubovi; Ivanova, Anastasia; Cebotari, Andrei; Vatavu, DmitriThe results of the parasitologic study revealed some peculiarities of trematoda fauna of Pelophylax ridibundus (Amphibia) specie. The parasitological research covered 54 individuals, including 23 adult and 31 larval exemplars. The investigation allowed identifying 5 species of trematodas (Opisthioglyphe ranae, Prosotocus confusus, Cephalogonimus retusus, Pleorugenoides medians, Diplodiscus subclavatus) belonging to 5 genus (Opisthioglyphe, Prosotocus, Cephalogonimus, Pleorugenoides, Diplodiscus), 5 families (Plagiorchiidae, Lecithodendriidae, Cephalogonimidae, Lecithodendriidae, Diplodiscidae) and 2 orders (Plagiorchiida, Echinostomatida), attributed only to adult exemplars.Item Modificările imunităţii postvaccinale la bovine sub influența poliparazitozelor şi tratamentului antiparazitar complex (brovitacoccid, avomec, tilozină 200) [Articol](USARB, 2017) Chihai, Oleg; Erhan, Dumitru; Rusu, ŞtefanThe results show that polyparasitism (Strongyloides papillosus, Neoascaris vitulorum şi Eimeria bovis, E. smithi, E. zuerni, E. ellipsoidalis) decreases total lymphocyte levels by 10% (P> 0.05), B-12, 6% (P <0.01), T -18.7% (P <0.01), but increase the amount of null lymphocytes by 31.4% (P <0.001), and these changes form a lower level of antibodies by 72% (P <0.01) compared to the group of uninfected animals and vaccinated anticolibacillary. Vaccination of calves treated with Brovitacoccid, Avomec and Tilozin 200 it was revealed a decrease in total lymphocyte level by 12.5% (P <0.05), B - 16.9% (P <0.001), T - 21.2% (P <0.01), but increased the amount of null lymphocytes by 21.2% (P <0.01). The impact of this treatment resulted in antocilibacillar antibody-specific titer lower by 82% (P <0.01) compared to uninfcted and vaccinated animals. This is probably due to the long-lasting immunotoxic effect of iatrogenic factor, which profoundly disrupts biochemical and biophysical processes in immunocompetent cells, including B lymphocytes producing specific antibodies.
