Importanța codului de etică al cadrului didactic în activitatea profesională [Articol]
(USARB, 2019) Cunichevici, Maria; Jacota-Dragan, Olga, conducător şt.
The Code of Ethics helps teachers to regulate relationships with the participants in the educational process - children / students, parents, colleagues, managers, etc. This Code of Ethics is rather an application of elements of general professional ethics within an institution, school organizations, reflecting the national and international particularities of organizing education. The basis of this code is children's rights, which includes the protection of physical, mental and moral health, and, last but not the least, the exclusion of discrimination, the assurance of equal opportunities and the promotion of inclusive education principles, the protection of pupils' personal data etc.
