Item Unele reflecţii privind victima infracţiunii ca element al obiectului de studiu al criminologiei [Articol](USARB, 2024) Cristian, Maria; Faigher, Anatolie, conducător şt.This article is a systematic analysis of the concept of crime victim, highlighting the main classifications and typologies of victims. It also presents the genesis of victimology as a science as well as the main promoters of this branch of criminology. The content of the article includes measures of prevention, prophylaxis and victimological combat, proposals for changes to the legal system or, in other words, visions of what a modern legal system should look like. The article emphasises the idea that the victim is often the provoking, inciting subject that leads directly to the commission of the crime.
