    Increasing organizational performance in small and medium-sized enterprises in Moldova via to resize the management system in the context of the pandemic crisis [Articol]

    This paper represents a theoretical analysis of the possibilities to achieve organizational performance in terms of resizing the management system of the enterprise. In the context of the changing environment, by virtue of the major changes that affect the activity of small and medium-sized enterprises on a daily basis, they must withstand the competitive struggle and develop their own competitive advantages that will allow them to become victorious in the great competitive struggle. Thus, in the context of the new pressures brought by the COVID-19 pandemic that changed the influencing factors, creating major problems and challenges for the small and medium enterprises sector. The crisis has upset the entire management system, dramatically affecting the market performance of small and medium-sized enterprises. Thus, this category of enterprises had to quickly identify success factors in achieving and increasing economic performance in order to maintain the market but also to overcome the obstacles brought by the pandemic. The research methodology focused on the use of several research methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, graphical, comparative method, statistical method. In the conclusions we can mention that small and medium enterprises are the most active actors of the national economy, but also the most vulnerable to possible crises that appear on the market. Thus, it is necessary to implement successful managerial methods and techniques that will ensure a good performance in the market in order to achieve economic performance.

    Pregătirea specialiştilor pentru evidenţa financiar-contabilă cu soft-uri specializate [Articol]

    This paper aims at training professional accountants and describes in brief a certain software designed for financial and accounting records of a company. This software is an informational system because most accounting operations are automated. According to a survey carried out by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova, 70% of businesses agents use this software in their financial and accounting records.

    This paper is a scientific proof of the need for small and medium enterprises to adapt quickly to change in terms of consolidating organizational culture. The purpose of the research is to investigate the possibilities of resizing the management system of small and medium enterprises in Moldova in order to strengthen the organizational culture. The paper treats organizational culture as a success factor in achieving organizational performance by small and medium enterprises. At the same time, the small and medium enterprises sector in Moldova, with the pandemic crisis, need a revitalization, a resizing of the management system, as a whole, in order to increase organizational performance. The research methodology focused on the use of several research methods such as: analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, induction, deduction, abduction, comparative method, graphics.

În articolul de mai jos, ne propunem să prezentăm felul în care aceste tehnologii ajută la formarea competenţelor în cauză, în acord cu interesele, necesităţile şi chiar preferinţele elevilor.

    Disciplina de studiu „Tehnologii informaţionale şi comunicaţionale” este obligatorie la toate specialităţile neinformatice a Universităţii de Stat „Alecu Russo” din Bălţi şi are ca scop formarea abilităţilor şi competenţelor studenţilor pentru a deveni membri activi ai societăţii informaţionale. În planurile de învăţământ sunt planificate 14 ore de curs, tematica şi conţinutul cărora este prezentată în această lucrare.
