    The enforcement of a court order consists of ensuring compliance with it, if necessary by means of coercive measures permitted by law, including the intervention of law enforcement agencies. If you are successful in court but the other party does not automatically comply with the court's decision, you can apply to the police or a bailiff, depending on the case, to have the court order enforced. A judgment can only be enforced in the State where it was given. Enforcement abroad requires the exequatur or registration procedure.

    Particularităţile gestionării datelor cu acces limitat în administraţia publică [Articol]

    Restricted data represents all aspects of life, and its collection and storage pose a major risk to what privacy means. Correct, ample and accessible information about the trends and realities of the modern information society, characteristic of all consolidated democracies, cannot fail to be welcomed by society as a whole. Adhering to most international meetings and expressing devotion to international principles and values, the Republic of Moldova harmonizes the regulation of social-economic relations. The theoretical significance of the study resides in the treatment of amplitude, regarding the concept of information and confidentiality, regarding the indispensable elements and conditions related to the freedom of access to information and the assurance of confidentiality. In this context, we point out that access to information and the regulation of confidentiality are subjects of particular weight in the daily activity of state structures and private individuals. The purpose of this study is to examine the particularities of limited access in the activity of public authorities and come up with proposals on the given subject.

    Principiile care guvernează procedura administrativă prin prisma prevederilor codului administrativ al Republicii Moldova. Aspecte de relevanţă [Articol]

    The full and correct application of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova depends on an existence of an administrative culture of the service, in which public servants understand and internalize the principles of good administration. An important chapter of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova is represented by common principles and specific principles of the administrative procedure, which draw the guidelines for the legal system and for public authorities. In well-determined cases, the principles of law comply with the regulatory norm. In this study, we set out to make a brief analysis of the specific governing principles of administrative procedure, through the norms of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova.

    Registrului de stat al actelor locale - un pas important spre modernizarea şi eficientizarea administrării publice în Republica Moldova [Articol]

    Registrul de stat al actelor locale este o bază de date electronică naţională care înregistrează şi monitorizează actele normative locale adoptate de autorităţile publice locale din Republica Moldova (în continuare RM). Această platformă digitală a fost implementată la 28 octombrie 2019 şi din acel moment, Registrul de stat al actelor locale a devenit o componentă importantă a procesului de administrare a actelor normative locale. În RM, Registrul de stat al actelor locale reprezintă un pas important în procesul de modernizare a Administraţiei Publice Locale şi se încadrează în obiectivele Guvernului de a creşte transparenţa, responsabilitatea şi eficienţa instituţiilor publice. Importanţa teoretică şi valoarea aplicativă a studiului constă în faptul că aceasta va oferi o imagine clară şi detaliată a Registrului de stat al actelor locale în RM va evidenţia avantajele şi dezavantajele acestui sistem.
