    The experience of reforming the public finance management system in developed countries over the past two decades has shown that the introduction of target-oriented principles of budgeting into the practice of public authorities gives a positive result, despite the fact that the concepts of constructing the program budget in each individual state have their own characteristics, which in greatly complicates their comparison. In general, the very principle of budgeting in the context of missions (areas of activity) of the government, uniting several budget programs in accordance with the goals of state policy they are aimed at, remains the same.

    The need to assess the condition of the bank at any time due to the peculiarities of the institution as a mediator, bearing liabilities to depositors. Since the banking system - is part of the national and the global economic system, it is natural that any changes in the economy, the banking system will to answer one way or another. Therefore, any method of stress testing present assessment of factors affecting the level of risk bank. The result of the stress test is to identify sustainability system under greater load than the one which allows the system to in a stable position in the normal conditions.

    The internal control of the licensed banks, as a special form of the process of auditing the financial statements and the functional units of the bank, determines the accuracy of reporting, as well as an objective assessment of the bank's overall activities. The impact of internal control on banks' final results is so great that there has been a need to study the process of organizing internal controls and to identify ways to improve them.

    Securitizarea activelor – instrument de gestiune a riscurilor bancare [Articol]

    Securitization operations open up new horizons for financial institutions, especially for credit risk management and for its customers, interested in reducing the cost of used credit. Development of asset securitization in Republic of Moldova is a precondition for the development of both the national banking system and the economy as a whole. The relevance of the chosen theme is that securitization is one of the most effective mechanisms for attracting of financing and opening for credit organizations access to unlimited resources of national and international financial markets.
