    In modern world, the need to change mentalities is an important necessity from the psychological, pedagogical, social and especially managerial point of view. The central ideea, in this sense, is that the school assumes as an organization, through the aims and objectives pursued, at the basis of the instructive-educational activity, carried out in a formal and / or non-formal environment, highlights the values cultural aspects of the whole society, reflected in the pedagogical plan. S. Cristea said that: the school is an organization that performs a pedagogical activity within a specialized institutionalized framework with socially defined statutes and roles in order to achieve the micro-structural finalizations of the educational process and the macro- structural education system. By paraphrasing this definition, we could argue that the school is the organization whose main purpose is to make the student's personality within a specialized process, conceived at the same time as a teaching-learning-evaluation activity.

Teaching strategies for training computing skills in children with Down Syndrome require a complex of interventions, resources, ways of activating them, of combining and arousing using "productive" devices of knowledge, mobilization, association and memorization. constructivist approaches as the teacher ensures that the process of teaching, learning and assessment will be focused on providing the information necessary for students to learn and think, practicing logical thinking, analytical, critical, synthesis, evaluation and resolution skills. of problems.

    Under the conditions of globalization and rapid technological change, the educational system can no longer be focused only on transmitting a rigid set of knowledge from teacher to student within a fixed period of time. In the contemporary world, the use of mobile devices: phones, iPhones, tablets has become indispensable, a world in which students perceive these tools as a daily necessity that they can not separate even when they are in the classroom. In this case, adults have the task to teach them with their effective use in the educational process. The Communication proposes an educational-learning approach from the perspective of e-learning, using Information and Communication Technology, in particular Web 2.0 resources, which are also a true ally of teaching staff.

    O ascendenţă deosebită în ultimii 20 de ani, o constituie, globalizarea ¸si schimbările tehnologice – procesele ce stau la baza unei noi economii mondiale „pusă în mişcare de tehnologii, alimentată de informaţii şi condusă de cunoştinţe” [1]. Răspândirea acestei noi economii globale are implicaţii majore în structura şi scopurile instituţiilor educaţionale. Perioada de actualitate a informaţiei se micşorează continuu, iar gradul de acces la ea creşte exponenţial. Sistemul educaţional nu mai poate fi axat doar, pe transmiterea unui set rigid de cunoştinţe de la profesor spre elev într-o perioadă fixă de timp. Materialul de fată propune o abordare a procesului instructiv-educativ în liceu, din perspectiva e-learning-ului, utilizând Tehnologiile Informţionale şi Comunicaţionale, în particular a resurselor Web 2.0.
