(USARB, 2017) Buga, Oleg; Păvăluc, Sabina-Elena
Students' attitudes toward assessing and notes are very different. Some show a fair attitude, more objective, others, on the contrary, prove a large dose of subjectivism; for a part of the students the professor's assessing constitutes stimulants whichguide and energize their conduct, while for others same appreciation becomes a source of frustration. Aspiration level is bracketfrom the level of performance on which the subject you want to see and believe that he will reach. It should be noted that the level of suction gets expression of the student's notes in the language school. Then he speaks through a extension-critical markdefining aspiration as athreshold-note above which the school is happy. Data on the level of aspiration should be linked with the values that characterise effective performance of school students, performance is usually expressed in notes. Important problems also rose in connection with the fear of failure in relation to the level of aspiration. This fear has an inhibitor effect and for defense purposes, the student would prefer to expect less than to take a chance. An important role in avoiding failure has the degree of realism in aspiration level of parents and pupilsand its correlation with the students' real skills and aptitudes. Otherwise, the student feels frustrated, dissatisfied by the way he is appreciated, he feels misunderstood by teachers, parents and colleagues,he becomes anxious and also isolated from the collective.

    Despre oraşele inteligente [Articol]
(USARB, 2016) Buga, Oleg; Melnic, Natalia
Due to high levels of poverty, Moldova loses a lot of its citizens who decide to emigrate in search for a better life abroad. The young population leaves the villages in the pursuit of better living conditions in cities. Some of villages have become depopulated, while others have a small number of residents or a gradually declining population. The growing urban population has led to increased traffic, congestion, and pollution. A way to address these issues is to utilize foreign resources to improve the operational urban system and transform them into smart cities.

Methodology of developing the competence of didactic communication from the perspective of learning situations [Articol]
(USARB, 2018) Păvăluc, Sabina; Buga, Oleg
The methodology of developing the competence of didactic communication within the pedagogical disciplines through learning situations is a procedural scheme that aims at making the didactic approach more efficient and is dimensioned in such a way as to predict an educational reality generating knowledge, mobiles, beliefs, values in students in the process of teaching. We considered it appropriate to designate this approach as a methodology, given that it is a design, organization, and realization of a suite of learning situations, designating an actionally and operationally flexible approach (which can be modified, adapted), linked to objectives and situations that create the conditions of teaching and learning, changes in attitudes and behaviors in diverse, particular didactic contexts. The analysis of the categories of learning situations led to their synthesis in two general categories - receptive learning situations and investigative learning situations - that offer the possibility to implement and validate in the higher education the methodology of developing the competence of didactic communication through learning situations within pedagogical disciplines.

Pedagogical tactfulness – essential aspect of educator-educated relationships [Articol]
(USARB, 2017) Buga, Oleg; Manolache, Alina-Florentina
Tactfulness represents an aspect of interhuman relations. The term comes from the Latin tactus which means contact, influence, action, sense of moderation. The nowadays accepted meaning, tactfulness implies the strict abidance of day-to-day behaviour rules. Being a psychosocial phenomenon, tactfulness occurs only in a social interaction, in every human activity. We can speak about tactfulness in relations between spouses, friends, coworkers, members of a political organization, etc. In all these situations, tactfulness takes aim at human relationships, carrying the observance of reputation, of other’s prestige, with the purpose of accomplishment, without difficulties, of one’s own interests. Tactfulness has an important part in educator-educated relationships on every school rung, although in the more recently emerging studies was insisted increasingly on implications in work with finality instructive. Tact is the fundamental teaching of craftsmanship (which is the full development of all components of teacher personality) requirement for ensuring authority and educator by profession.

Psychological aspects of group decision [Articol]
(USARB, 2017) Buga, Oleg; Vornicu, Iuliana
A decision has been taken by the selection of alternatives from a variety of options available at a given moment, it is an essential part of our daily life. We will appoint decision „a solution adopted by a system (person, group, organization, mass caterer) with a view of solving a problem”. This situation leads to the approach of making-decision process from completely different perspective from that of individual decision. As it's all about group in human quality to the subject TDM, specific problems arise dynamics of the group. Collective situation becomes a potential source of activation, the mobilization of energy social phenomena. Degree of involvement of participants is different, that is reflected into the dynamic of the group. An attempt was made to identify factors affecting collective decisions. Depending on the nature of the subject problem to discussion group, the rules in relation to which it is adopted decision are different. Groups are heterogeneous by definition: the participants are driven by special interests, each of them with diverse information and different opinions and joins at different values. All these differences are translated by discrepancies, opposition between „agreement” and „disagreement” within the framework of the group. External conflict between a person and other internally transposed by a tension is required to be reduced by solving disagreement. The members of the group have different knowledge, so that the group's knowledge is greater than knowledge held by any of its members. In this case each member of the group has some of the information that the others do not hold. As a result, the knowledge, information, opinions available to each group will determine its initial orientation. In group discussion, it is much more likely that the participants to come up with arguments in favor of its initial attitude, causing segregation among all members of the group. It is shown that the members of the group of decision tend to be far less moderate in assuming decision with increased level of risk, because they believe that the potential negative consequences of their decisions will be responsible for all members of the group.

Reflecţii asupra sistemului educaţional moldovenesc [Articol]
(USARB, 2016) Buga, Oleg; Melnic, Natalia
Destroying a state's education system is enough to destroy a nation. An uneducated citizenry is like a tribe that is easy to manipulate. Many know that and some of them use it to their advantage. Moldova is a recently independent country that after 20 years of independence seems to continue it's political and social transitions. Additionally, there have been numerous attempts to reform and restructure Moldova's education system to make it more relevant and prepare students for real life situations. Unfortunately these initiatives haven't led to any significant changes or improvements.
