    This article includes an analysis of the concept of time management, taking into account several aspects that outline the importance and efficiency of the correct organization of working time. This theme emphasizes the functions of management in relation to the skills needed to make time more efficient in business. So, the deep study of the reflection on time, establishes that through work and effort, we can face the enemies of time management and respectively realize that time is an open dimension, but at the same time quite restricted... More than that, in this article, I have included techniques, principles, and methods that determine how to manage time correctly, and this skill makes the transaction from failure to success.
