The article discusses the problem of psychological assistance of teachers working with children with SEN. At present, the psychological assistance of personality in the educational process can be interpreted as a system of actions aimed at creating and maintaining a favorable psychological background for children and adolescents in the educational process for effective learning and personal growth. The author describes a systemic, complex, multilateral approach through assessment, psychoprophylaxis, counseling and psycho-correction.

The dimensions that communication styles involve on professional activity urge us to new scientific challenges. The main purpose of this check is to explore the correlation between of the communication style practiced in the professional activity and the level of work satisfaction to the lawyers. The interest for the job satisfaction is motivated by the fact that a part of our life is dedicated to professional activity. Moreover, numerous studies have demonstrated a direct link between underperformance and job dissatisfaction. Thus, if there are positive correlations between the level of job satisfaction and the style of communication practiced, then the style of communication could be investigated as a psychological relevant criterion to the personal and professional development of the lawyers.

The problem of the communication to the young couple is very relevant and current. In the modern world people have less time to communicate with one another. Ussualy with this problem facing in particular young families, where the communication with the partner of life shall be reduced, sometimes only to meet the needs of the basis, which often serves as a provocate factor of the divorce. Many of the life parteners do not know what is happening in the world inside of the partner. The acquisition of the skills to communicate represents an important issue for most contemporary families. So we can suppose that the development of Communication skills would have a positive impact on the relationships to the young couple.

At the present stage the professional activity of employees in the judicial field is considered among the most stressful occupations. Emotional self-regulation capacity and high resistance to stress is the key of a correct, adequate behavior both during exercise professional obligations, and in the daily lives of employees jurists. The arguments are strong enough to justify the need to develop strategies to prevent, reduce or control the occupational stress.

Communication style, as the unit is formed in the result, but also in the process of interaction and knowing participants in the act of communication. The purpose of this research is to highlight ways to investigate the style of communication in the legal professional activity and to analyze the specificity of the communication styles in several categories of jurists: lawyers, prosecutors, judges, other categories (judiciary assistants, consultants, lawyers, pedagogues, etc.) in the context of limited studies in this chapter, especially in the Republic of Moldova.

The established facts may be implied in the programs on preparation of school psychologists, teachers and for improvement of their professional skills, also in development of methodological instructions on inclusive education, in informative materials for parents, teachers and psychologists.

This study finds its relevance by exploring the relationship between the temperamental features and the styles of communication, answering a question that directly relates to maturity. In addition, although there is a lot of information about the styles and the nature of communication in general, there is relatively little information about the specific relationships of these two variables. Based on these results, in this article we will try to investigate the relationship between the temperamental features and the styles of communication in adult individuals.

The specialized studies support the concept of representation of the professional activity is inextricably linked to personality. It includes two aspects: First issue of the image "I" personally, and secondly, the aspect related to the work and professionalization personality. Also, research has shown the importance of capacity representation of the future. Namely these representations is a goal that seems required "for granted". Thus representing professional future can act as a magnetic force which orders the actions, provides energy and courage to take initiatives, provide solutions and drive for success. In the future these projections operate as sets of needs guiding and select individual personality actions towards professional activity.

The research carried out highlights the dimension of manifestation of deviant behavior in the school environment, referring to referring to the role of the psychologist in the institution in regulating this phenomenon. Following the methodological approach, it can be stated that the application of the system of prevention and correction behavioral deviations can efficiently contribute to diminish the effects of some risk factors and to produce positive changes in the behavior of the pupils who register deviant behaviors in school.
Specificul adaptării psihologice a elevilor la etapa tranziţiei spre ciclul gimnazial [Articol]

In this article is analysed the problem of teenagers’ adaptation at the gymnasium. One of the periods in which there are present difficulties in school adaptation is the preadolescent on set, the period is at the time of pupil's transition from primary to secondary school and where it is assimilated numerous adaptive behaviors in this fragile mental and emotional personality. There are analysed the results of an emprirical research, fulfilled on 168 pupils from the 5th forms and there are given some recommendations how to facilitate the pupils’ adaptation in the gymnasium.
Specificul deformării profesionale la colaboratorii din domeniul judiciar [Articol]

Professional deformation may be manifested in all professions, the most vulnerable, however, are the representatives working in the "man-man" field (teachers, psychologists, doctors, lawyers, etc.). So, the lawyers’ specific professional activities include negative factors influencing the collaborators’ personality. The lack of adequate psychological stability and value can cause professional deformation. In this context, the investigation of professional deformation of judiciary officers is a current problem, the solution is important from both theoretical and practical perspectives.

Literature review dedicated to legal issues in professional communication, highlights the general approach of the subject on communication in general, and communication style in particular. Communication style, must be analyzed as a formation integrity, which clearly highlights two sub-main: motivational-semantic, manifested by targeting in communication (values, motives, purposes communicative), and operational presented in the form of processes, methods stable sources of communicative behavior. Communication style, as the unit is formed in the result, but also in the process of interaction and knowing participants in the act of communication.
