    In this research I aimed to identify: the ways of diminishing and preventing aggressive in primary classes, the reasons of pupils school’s insuccess, the aggressiveness phenomena its types and forms, the ways to increase school success, positive disciplinary programs for pupils of primary classes.Through its content, the article addresses an issue with which the contemporary society, including the reality of our country, is confronted every day.
