The application of the Theory of Multiple Intelligences (TIM) in reading workshops offers students the opportunity to express and develop their dominant intelligences, contributing to personalized and effective learning. TIM allows for a diversified approach to teaching, by integrating various didactic techniques such as the TIM Crest, Quintilian's Grid, and Brainstorming, which stimulate creativity and active student engagement. In the „Modern Fables” reading workshop by Tatiana Ţîbuleac, students were grouped according to their skills and interests, applying TIM for a better understanding of the text. This approach facilitates the development of students' communication, cooperation, and self-awareness skills, fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment. Through TIM, teachers can leverage each student's potential, transforming reading into an engaging and insightful activity.
