    The article in question touches upon the problem of social and professional integration of pupils with special educational needs, focusing on the access to education and career guidance, so that they acquire the quality of socially useful citizen having a productive job. It highlights the principles, the difficulties and the opportunities of social and professional integration of people with special needs. It proposes some exemples of activities and working methods with pupils from primary classes aiming to facilitate the career choise.

It is proposed a summary of the analysis of the theories, concepts and ideas regarding education, art, culture, as well as ideas, principles, philosophical, aesthetic, psychological and pedagogical theories, art psychology and pedagogy.

    In this article the creativity is built as an inexhaustible subject in education, the subject is brought by psychology, but finds its purpose fully in education. It reminds about the innate character of creativity, about the age particularities of imagination, about the educational character of the theater education. The methodological value of this work are the theater techniques to be used for the description and the development of children's creativity.

    Dezvoltarea culturii teatrale la orele de limbă şi literatură română în clasele primare [Articol]

    The present paper proposes some methodological guidelines for applying the dra-matization techniques during Romanian language and literature lessons in primary classes. The approach has a practical character and illustrates some dramatizing situations, with conventional name applicable during the lessons. It points out that such techniques achieve, on the one hand, the course objectives, and, on the other hand, forms and develops students' theatrical culture.

    În acest articol se prezintă unele aspecte ale dezvoltării motricității fine la copii prin tehnici de modelaj. Se propun reperele de bază în dezvoltarea abilităților motrice fine și a coordonării vizual-motrice la diferite vârste. Sunt descrise procedeele de lucru folosite în activitatea de modelaj, completate cu sugestii de teme ce pot fi realizte. Exemplele de jocuri și activități de modelaj propuse, servesc ca suport metodologic pentru educatori și părunți. La concluzii sunt formulate beneficiile utilizării tehnicilor de modelaj ce ține de dezvoltarea motricității fine la copii.

    Dezvoltarea stării de bine a copiilor de vârstă preşcolară [Articol]

    Well-being is a complex concept, defined as a balance between positive emotions, life satisfaction, and the reduction of negative affects, with both objective dimensions (health, education, socio-economic environment) and subjective ones (happiness, life perception). It is influenced by individual factors (social skills, resilience, emotional stability) and sociocultural factors (community relationships, social support, cultural norms). The development of well-being begins in childhood through habits acquired in family and school, with long-term effects on adult life. Promoting this concept in education leads to improved academic and personal performance among students, contributing to community success.

    In this article the notions of culture and cultural element are given. Understood as the realization of cultural (cultural) manifestations stored in nature or human condition, in the form of cultural (cultural) virtues, the theatrical culture element already contains the premise of its methodological capitalization in the educational process. The same is the description of the experimental finding made with the pupils of the primary classes related to the manifestation of the theatrical culture elements.

    Modalităţi de gestionare a documentaţiei şcolare prin intermediul Google Forms şi Trello [Articol]

    Gestionarea corectă a documentaţiei şcolare implică organizarea eficientă a documentelor folosind instrumente moderne precum Google Forms şi Trello. Google Forms permite colectarea rapidă a datelor şi feedback-ului de la elevi, profesori şi părinţi, oferind o bază pentru decizii informate. Trello utilizează panouri şi carduri pentru a organiza şi urmări sarcinile, documentele şi termenele limită, facilitând colaborarea între membrii echipei. Integrarea acestor instrumente într-un sistem de e-management al documentelor sporeşte vizibilitatea şi actualizarea conţinutului, îmbunătăţeşte productivitatea şi facilitează comunicarea şi colaborarea. Utilizarea combinată a Google Forms şi Trello contribuie la reducerea consumului de hârtie, protejarea mediului şi asigurarea securităţii şi confidenţialităţii documentelor. Aceste instrumente moderne oferă un cadru structurat şi colaborativ pentru îmbunătăţirea proceselor administrative şi educaţionale în instituţiile de învăţământ.

    L 'article expose des arguments du domaine anthropologique pour démontrer que la théâtralité constitue un des aspects humains vitaux. Ainsi il démontre que le recours à des activités théâtrales dans l'éducation des enfants est non seulement applicable, mais aussi nécessaire. L'approche anthropologi¬que de ce type d'activité vise à analyser les hypostases auteur-réalisateur-acteur dans les premières formes d ’expression théâtrale: le rituel comme une activité naturelle cle la sphère humaine qui a créé plus tard des éléments du théâtre lui-même et le jeu de rôles des enfants, comme un indispensable poul¬ie développement naturel et harmonieux de l ’homme.

    Procesul de formare a elementelor de cultură teatrală : între semiotica semnificării şi cea a comunicării [Articol]

    The present article deals with the possibility and the advantages of the semiotic approach of the formation of the elements of theatrical culture given by the very essence of the theatrical culture phenomenon. Understood as the realization of certain possibilities of culture manifestation, stored in nature or in human condition, in form of certain cultural virtualities, the element of theatrical culture already contains latently the premises of its methodological improvement in the educational process. On the one hand, the theatrical art is approached as a semiotic act in a paradigm of semiotics of signification, but, on the other hand, the educational process is performed in the key of a semiotics of communication.

    This article analyzes the concept of "experiment", adapted to early age. The characteristics of the elementary experiences are described indicating the effect on the development of the young child. The classification of experiences according to several criteria is also structured. The proposed examples can serve as methodological support for parents and teachers in early education institutions.

    Valorificarea conţinutului ontic al culturalităţii în contextul procesului de formare a elementelor de cultură teatrală [Articol]

    This paper gives the definition of the theatrical culture elements, which corresponds to the present context of the cultural hierarchy revival. The article also emphasizes some of the existing theories in the cultural sciences. They serve as a foundation for an anthropological and ontological definition of the phenomenon in question. Thus, theatrical culture is considered a virtual innate system of potentialities of the (human) manifestation, in the context of human reference (a child in this case) to a specific theatrical element. This approach is a part of an educational method where the child is offered the possibility of (re) discovery of his theatrical traits on his own. This will help him to develop a theatrical culture, while the teacher will have the role of both a stimulator and an observer of the process.
