It highlights the principles, the difficulties and the opportunities of social and professional integration of people with special needs. It reminds about the innate character of creativity, about the age particularities of imagination, about the educational character of the theater education. The approach has a practical character and illustrates some dramatizing situations, with conventional name applicable during the lessons. Se propun reperele de bază în dezvoltarea abilităților motrice fine și a coordonării vizual-motrice la diferite vârste. Sunt descrise procedeele de lucru folosite în activitatea de modelaj, completate cu sugestii de teme ce pot fi realizte. Exemplele de jocuri și activități de modelaj propuse, servesc ca suport metodologic pentru educatori și părunți. La concluzii sunt formulate beneficiile utilizării tehnicilor de modelaj ce ține de dezvoltarea motricității fine la copii.Item Dezvoltarea stării de bine a copiilor de vârstă preşcolară [Articol](USARB, 2024) Bejan, AngelaWell-being is a complex concept, defined as a balance between positive emotions, life satisfaction, and the reduction of negative affects, with both objective dimensions (health, education, socio-economic environment) and subjective ones (happiness, life perception). It is influenced by individual factors (social skills, resilience, emotional stability) and sociocultural factors (community relationships, social support, cultural norms). The development of well-being begins in childhood through habits acquired in family and school, with long-term effects on adult life. The same is the description of the experimental finding made with the pupils of the primary classes related to the manifestation of the theatrical culture elements.Item Modalităţi de gestionare a documentaţiei şcolare prin intermediul Google Forms şi Trello [Articol](USARB, 2024) Bejan, Angela; Şorunga, MariaGestionarea corectă a documentaţiei şcolare implică organizarea eficientă a documentelor folosind instrumente moderne precum Google Forms şi Trello. Google Forms permite colectarea rapidă a datelor şi feedback-ului de la elevi, profesori şi părinţi, oferind o bază pentru decizii informate. Trello utilizează panouri şi carduri pentru a organiza şi urmări sarcinile, documentele şi termenele limită, facilitând colaborarea între membrii echipei. Integrarea acestor instrumente într-un sistem de e-management al documentelor sporeşte vizibilitatea şi actualizarea conţinutului, îmbunătăţeşte productivitatea şi facilitează comunicarea şi colaborarea. Utilizarea combinată a Google Forms şi Trello contribuie la reducerea consumului de hârtie, protejarea mediului şi asigurarea securităţii şi confidenţialităţii documentelor. Understood as the realization of certain possibilities of culture manifestation, stored in nature or in human condition, in form of certain cultural virtualities, the element of theatrical culture already contains latently the premises of its methodological improvement in the educational process. The characteristics of the elementary experiences are described indicating the effect on the development of the young child. The classification of experiences according to several criteria is also structured. The proposed examples can serve as methodological support for parents and teachers in early education institutions.Item Valorificarea conţinutului ontic al culturalităţii în contextul procesului de formare a elementelor de cultură teatrală [Articol](USARB, 2011) Bejan, AngelaThis paper gives the definition of the theatrical culture elements, which corresponds to the present context of the cultural hierarchy revival. The article also emphasizes some of the existing theories in the cultural sciences. They serve as a foundation for an anthropological and ontological definition of the phenomenon in question. Thus, theatrical culture is considered a virtual innate system of potentialities of the (human) manifestation, in the context of human reference (a child in this case) to a specific theatrical element. This approach is a part of an educational method where the child is offered the possibility of (re) discovery of his theatrical traits on his own. This will help him to develop a theatrical culture, while the teacher will have the role of both a stimulator and an observer of the process.
