Item Căile de implementare a praxiologiei inovativ-artistice [Articol](USARB, 2015) Babii, VladimirWays of implementation of innovative-artistic praxeology. The first way of implementation of innovative-artistic praxeology will be reduced to the organization and monitoring of theoretical seminars for school teachers and university professors, with subsequent tabulation and publication of the materials being investigated. The second way is consists in competitions for school pupils and students for the most successful vocal/instrumental/choreographic performance, wich will be organized on the basis of children's Philharmonic Orchestra from the North of the country. The third way brings out the relief implementation of the criteria for academic performance factors of artistic education and pre-university education. The fourth path of praxeological trainings in artistic education will be devoted to designing effective management actions on short and long term. Everything in this respect will be taken off the praxeograma of the teaching as a means of facilitating the management of innovative artistic praxeology.Item Dinamica competenţei profesionale a profesorului de muzică [Articol](USARB, 2005) Babii, VladimirCompetenţa profesională a unui pedagog-muzician este de natură dinamică, deoarece, chiar simpla documentare a reuşitei într-o activitate, fixată la un anumit nivel şi verificată peste un timp, va demonstra cu totul alt nivel, ceea ce confirmă ideea despre proprietatea dinamică a competenţei profesionale. Studiul reuşitei profesionale implică necesitatea delimitării componentelor competenţei profesionale. This article deals with some arguments (reasons) that point out the development of the educational efficiency through the application of pedagogical technologies and techniques in their integrity. The article emphasizes the instruments of evaluation of the pedagogical activity.Item (In)succesul şcolar artistic [Articol](USARB, 2014) Babii, Vladimir; Bularga, TatianaThis paper highlights the teaching technology that is subject to a fundamental rethinking, and confirms the authors’ hypothesis that the most advantageous way to make the designated area fully efficient is the launch of a new research direction, such as the implementation in the educational process of a responsive, innovative praxeology. School success and failure in the arts field constitute the starting point of the research. The research is adjusted to current needs of arts education and highlights some theoretical benchmarks. In the center is placed the perception and interpretation of music in the specific actions, which are identified with the very educative action. The concept is approved in scientific laboratories of IES from Chisinau and it is based theoretical positions and is nominated praxeological basis of the efficiency of the pupil’s and teacher’s action, offering new openings for upgrading in secondary and professional artistic education.
