Item Alcătuirea structurală a cernoziomului tipic sub diverse practici agricole de lungă durată [Articol](USARB, 2022) Macrii, Lucia; Cebanu, Dorin; Zaharco, Dionisie; Avram, AlexandruThe longterm field experiments of the Selectia Research Institute of Field Crop, located in the North part of Republic of Moldova, provide precious data regarding the soil state under different agroecosystem management practices: crop rotations, fertilization systems, permanent crops – which also include extreme agroecosystems: fallow and black fallow. The paper referres to the study of chernozem physical state, characterized by soil structure – an „architectural” view of the soil profile. The soil samples were collected from the 0-40 cm soil layer at each 10 cm. The researches has shown that there are some key agricultural practices: less mechanic disturbance of the soil; the use of legumes and perennial grasses mixture; crops diversification; the organic fertilizer use – that beneficially influence the restoration and maintaining of soil structure in agroecosystems. The best soil aggregation attests in the fallow, a reproduced variant of the natural steppe ecosystem, and the extreme opposite - the black fallow, due to the „aggressive” management, has unstructured soil.Item Biomonitoringul în formarea competenţelor de cercetare ştiinţifică la elevi [Articol](USARB, 2015) Dolinţă, Zinaida; Avram, AlexandruThis article addresses biomonitoring as a means of developing pupil‘s research skills. They listed six main stages of scientific research: determining the theme, examining the literature on the subject, observing the natural environment in which it will conduct its research, the hypothesis, the application of the scientific method (observation, experiment, modeling etc.), accumulation and analyzing data, drawing conclusions. Also, the article describes the main organisms used in biomonitoring and biological monitoring methods for the environment, water and air. The present study describes the scientific and environmental education through bioindication in undergraduate educational institutions.Item Hidrostabilitatea agregatelor structurale ale cernoziomului tipic sub diverse practici agricole de lungă durată [Articol](USARB, 2024) Macrii, Lucia; Avram, AlexandruThe paper referres to the study of chernozem water-stable aggregates under different agroecosystem management practices: crop rotations, fertilization systems, permanent crops: fallow and black fallow. The researches has shown that crop rotations with a high percentage in row crops (60%, 70%) recorded a lower content of hydrostable aggregates. Also it was ascertained that the crop rotation which includes: perennial crops (alfalfa - 3 years), supplement with organic fertilizers (70 t/crop-rotation) and has less row crops (40%/crop rotation), registered more hydrostable aggregates.
