    This article provides information on the advantages and benefits of the , „Higher Education in Moldova” Project (HEMP) for the users of the Scientific Library of USARB. The benefits will enable the enhancement of institutional capacities in education and research by ensuring an environment conducive to innovation, creativity, and academic excellence. The project supports the continuous updating of study programs in alignment with labor market demands, strengthens partnerships to increase the visibility and appeal of the teaching profession.

    In this paper are highlighted the works of Bălţi writers present in the collection of the USARB Scientific Library. Brief biobibliographic data and literature genres are highlighted as literary criticism, poetry and prose, which highlight a tradition established in the university environment of Bălţi since the second half of the twentieth century; distinctions, awards; the activities of promotion and use of the works of the respective authors within the institution.
