Solving word problems using equations is a fundamental method in teaching mathematics at the middle school level. This article examines the use of linear and quadratic equations as mathematical models for word problems. It discusses the importance of these equations in developing students' logical thinking, common difficulties in the teaching-learning process, and effective didactic approaches.

This article examines the importance of management innovation for the successful functioning of enterprises in the current economic environment. Innovations in management become an integral part of a company's strategy, helping to improve its internal efficiency, optimize business processes and adapt to changes in the market, which opens up new opportunities for creating value and maintaining competitive advantage. The paper analyzes in detail the different types of innovation. It also discusses the challenges that businesses face when innovating, such as lack of resources (financial and human), resistance to change and risks associated with the introduction of new technologies. It concludes by emphasizing the need to create a corporate culture focused on innovation and constant adaptation, which is the key to sustainable success in a dynamically changing external world.

Green management is defined as a management approach that integrates environmental principles into business processes to achieve sustainable development, reduce negative environmental impacts and improve competitiveness. The dissemination of green management in Moldova faces a number of obstacles. These include a lack of qualified specialists, weak government support, economic constraints and underdeveloped infrastructure. As a successful example, the article cites the experience of the Purcari winery, which, despite the difficulties, implements measures on energy efficiency, rational use of resources and certification according to international standards. The concepts of green management and its implementation in the activities of enterprises are considered, with a special emphasis on the experience of Moldovan companies.

Continuous training keeps employees updated and capable, reinforcing credibility. Moreover, a supportive organizational culture reflects externally through motivated and respectful staff. Ultimately, banking employees are the face of the institution – their conduct directly influences customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall image of the bank in a competitive financial environment.

This article discusses the concept of homogeneous systems of linear equations, which are essential in linear algebra and widely applied in fields such as physics, engineering, economics, and computer science. It defines homogeneous systems by the condition that all free terms are zero, explores their properties, and explains the importance of the solution space structure. Special attention is given to the fundamental system of solutions, a concept used to describe the basis of the solution space for such systems. The goal is to provide a clear understanding of the topic and prepare the ground for practical applications and further generalizations.
